So say a guy hacks your account and does bad things
You get reported, your account gets disabled instantly, even with no proof, no notice, you don't know WHO reported, and worst of all, in 14 days it will be gone forever.
You contact discord support. If you're lucky enough to get a reply, they reply to you with this automatic message every time, no matter what it is you actually asked:

Hello, Your account was disabled for violating our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. We will not reinstate the account.
You should have received an email with more information regarding this violation. If you have any questions as to what behavior resulted in your account being disabled, please refer to that email.
Please note that we remove and/or anonymize all data associated with deleted accounts 14-30 days after beginning the deletion process for that account.

They really don't care anymore, so you create an alt and contact them that way.
And that's when you find out they care even less because they ban per account and not user. The account did the thing and therefore you have no chance of getting it back.

In your opinion, do you seriously think that's fair?
I don't think so and it needs to change. Stop ignoring us, even if we did something wrong. Bans should be preceded with warnings and an opportunity to contact them. The current system is not trusting and not safe!
