I am a user of the app called Discord, a place where you're supposed to be able to hang out with friends, meet new people with similar hobbies and personalities, as well as just enjoy yourself with others.  Discord is a place of self expression between both groups of friends and communities of people who come together.

This is exactly what I do every day: I help and hang out with friends, I talk to new people almost every day, and I owned a few servers myself until the end when my account was disabled for something that didn't happen. It was disabled because I "..operated a server that facilitated dating for users under the age of 18." Which wasn't true. I even asked for them to recheck in hopes that they would correct their mistake; alas they only replied with the usual copy and paste email saying they will not reinstate my account. The same thing happened with a server that a friend of mine owned. They got an email foreseeing the deletion for something that was absolutely false but was still deleted alongside the owner's account. When I looked into how much this actually happens, I was astounded by the results. Users and servers all over the world are gotten rid of due to false reports and misinterpretations on Discord's part. This “Misinterpretation" happens because they aren't fully investigating reports like they should be and just believing whatever people hand them. 

This petition’s purpose is to help educate Discord in positive change; to show Discord whats really going on behind the screen. Discord needs to take more time to investigate reports and handle them accordingly. without going in depth with these accusations, our innocent and helpful servers and users will continue to be kicked and deleted. Stand with me and help me get Discord to change their ways so that no more innocent people are falsely accused and removed from Discord again.
