Honestly, I don’t even know where to start, discord i have no problem using at all been a happy member for so much years, and i believe many people are too, but one big issue, i think discord has is its support team, Just recently my account has gotten disabled for a reason, i simply cannot comprehend, i was disabled for “promoting/selling hacks, and cracked accounts”, now hear me out, My discord is filled with stuff about sneaker, since i am just a kid who likes sneakers, so how does that have to do with selling promoting hacks, like i just can’t, whats more is that once i seen the email for disabling my account, i contacted them immediately, i understand there’s a-lot of users and other’s trying to get there problems fixed, but the response the staff gave me, i felt it was unacceptable at all, i have gave full description of what has happened, and they simply replied with, you broke the TOS and we are not going to reinstate your account, i personally have my friends, so much servers, and groups i’m in that i simply cannot afford to lose, i have went on to the internet and many has shared the same opinion with me about discord’s support team, not being reliable/helpful, didn’t even want to chat at all
