We want Congress to scrap Section 568 of the Higher Education Act!

For decades, Section 568 of the Higher Education Act has allowed elite colleges to collude on a common formula to assess financial need. This has ensured that they don't have to compete on financial aid offers because they each offer roughly the same amount of financial aid. This is wrong, and it hurts the middle class students who hope to attend these schools. It is price-fixing, and it should be illegal.
