After investigating Alternative Assessment Arrangements available for disadvantaged students (disadvantaged in; poverty, housing, troubled family, abuse, neglect, vision, mobility, physical, neurological, learning, medical, mental health or other) at primary, secondary and higher education level.

We need to create clear provisions, to educate, support and help disadvantaged children from grassroots level. The additional help in the way of clear provisions would see an increase in enrolments of disadvantaged students at primary, secondary and higher education level Globally, in-turn would lower unemployment among our community, decrease the retirement level of disadvantaged people as they would maintain employment at a professional level at an older age, and see an increase in educated disadvantaged people working among non-disadvantaged people.

Flexibility is required at primary, secondary and higher education level, as each individual disadvantaged student differ in difficulties and are very different in their own special way. But, the clear provisions would satisfy the need and requirements for a disadvantaged student. Normal student would struggle through primary, secondary and at higher education level, imagine the pressures consumed by a disadvantaged student.

This petition is pushing to achieve the inclusion of clear provisions under the country based Disability Acts Globally i.e. United States of America, Australia, United Kingdom, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Africa, South America and Canada.
