Subject: To reduce the hostel fees of the previous year.

Respected Sir,

With due respect, we the MIT Moradabad Students who are not residing in the hostel during the LOCKDOWN due to COVID-19 Pandemic demand the Adjustment of Hostel Fees of the previous semester for the following reasons:

As we are not in the Hostel, So there is been no consumption of services like electricity, WIFI, etc during this Lockdown period for which we have paid Fees to the college for the whole year.

There are many students who are studying by taking Education Loans and belong to middle-class families. This action will ultimately help them and release their burden.

Annually Every year every hosteller is paying  Rs.60,000 and in the Lockdown, we are not using the services for which we have paid the fees. And our luggage was removed from the rooms without any notice. Our luggage was kept in one or three rooms on every floor, we are ready to give charge of these rooms which is approximately one or two thousand per head.

Please help us, we are not in the condition that we can pay all the fees.
It will be so kind of you.
