We the students under the University of Jamia Hamdard Would like to bring into your notice that our very own University of Jamia Hamdard,Delhi had already cancelled the semester examinations except for the final year students of UG as well PG and had mentioned clearly about the rest of the students being promoted.

The Semester Examination scheduled on 22 June 2020 to 30 June 2020, It is the college  ( Jamia Hamdard Kannur campus ) alone who is conducting the semester examination for the rest of the students claiming the situations are good here in kannur (but the reality is not as such) and the respective authorities of the state government has sanctioned the notice of that of the examinations to be held alike that in Delhi. We do respect the fact that the campus has it's own authority to conduct the examination or not but then when it is not a compulsion it is safe and sound we go according to the University and not risking ourselves.

We would also want to bring into your attention that there are majority of parents especially of the girls who would risk their children education by not sending them for the examination and therefore ensuring their safety , please do take this into consideration. It even is effecting the mental health of the young.

In a case where the University themselves has taken priority on the safety of the students and had taken appropriate decision by cancelling of the examination and promoting , but then our very own state has sanctioned the campus alone to conduct the examination where it is such a heartless decision put forth.

We do kindly request you to take this into consideration and hope the required actions are taken as soon as possible.
