The City of Dilley has a abandoned hospital sitting within the city on a historic 1800s cemetery. It's been left there for a few years and has been decaying every year. Copper has been ripped out and mold throughout the building while intruders vandalize it. Though I have a plan for the City of Dilley to use this building as a place to experience paranormal activity to the public. It's confirmed haunted and admired by the locals in that aspect. 

The City council turned down my proposal, not even to be brought up in the monthly council meeting, preventing me to even speak on it. The council wants to turn it into something else, which in return would cost hundreds of thousands of tax payers dollars. Each day as the hospital sits, it worsens which would cost the city more and more on repairs as time goes. It cost the city NOTHING for what I'm putting together for this hospital, because as it sits in a decay its a foundation preferred by paranormal investigators. Once under my care the Abandoned Hospital in Dilley will bring more business for local business owners like motels, restaurants & more while putting Dilley on the map and most of all bring the Hospital and historic cemetery back to life!

We together need to act now and as a whole make the right decision to do something wonderful for the City of Dilley and go with the change! I'm a community man and love the paranormal. Dilley is rich with history and full of potential in the area its in! Let's do this together before the hospital falls apart!
