Alexia Moreau started this petition to Dictionary editors and

"Moose" and "moose" is too confusing. Is there one moose? Are there two moose? We don't know. What if you're being chased by an undefined number of moose? This is why meese should be the plural of moose. If meese was the plural for moose, no one would have to worry about how odd it feels to say moose in both plural and singular instances. Everyone can agree that meese is not only easier, but a lot more fun to say. If you're being chased by a moose (or more than one moose) you wouldn't have to deal with the confusion as to how many angry moose are actually chasing you. Say you're hiking with a friend and you see another undefined number of moose. Is it one moose? Moose. Is it more than one moose? Meese. I'm aware this isn't the most important thing you could sign, but it would be really cool if we, as a society, could actually change the plural for moose from moose to meese. Thank you for your time :)
