Yodel is a Delivery Company in the UK with major problems. From bad handling of packages, to delays and missing deliveries, the list just goes on and on.

Its absolutely amazing with the majority of their reviews being complaints, that they are still around or allowed to operate. They have very poor customer service, and in general have an overall bad rating.

Despite being investigated by BBC's Watchdog, this company is still up to no good and major big firms need to stop using this courier service as its only tarnishing their name.

It seems Yodel has not learned their lesson and the company boss Dick Stead's apology is simply not enough.

This petition was created to raise awareness as they cannot continue to treat customers like this, so its time to take that step and take a stand to this appalling service.

Yodel if you can't improve drastically, SHUT YOUR DOORS!
