Creates false impression about India's political boundaries in Diamondback edition dated Nov 23, 2011. It is highly disrespectful and unprofessional to depict a nation's boundary falsely. In spite of official maps available at the CIA https://www.cia.gov/library/publications/the-world-factbook/graphics/ref_maps/pdf/asia.pdf, India's political boundaries are depicted falsely. We, as Indian students studying at the University of Maryland are highly offended by this callous journalism, and demand an unconditional apology from the editors of Diamondback. We also demand Diamondback publish a side-by-side depiction of the corrected map along with the inaccurate map.
