Well I have kept quiet for close to the last two months hoping the Dewey county district attorneys office would charge the man who killed Cujo with felony animal cruelty but they have decided not to do so. They say not enough probable cause. The man I believe killed cujo is named Bret Archer from south of Seiling. I found Cujo in his yard covered in poison while he and his sick twisted friend were just standing there watching him die. This man is a convicted felon with a long rap sheet who had previously Been charged with possession of a firearm which as a felon he was not allowed to possess he had even called the Dewey county sheriffs office previously on his neighbors because their dogs were bothering his cattle. He told the officer at that time that since they wouldn’t give him his guns that he knew how to poison a dog to kill it and solve his problem. Cujo was a small yorkie who was the most loving pup you’d ever meet. My friend lost his best friend and is completely devastated. Let’s help bring justice for cujo who was MURDERED by this sick individual. Cujo was not just a dog…he was family.
