i've been on DeviantART for 5-6 years in total yet had a number of accounts for different purposes. some were for backups incase something happened to the original, some were for roleplaying. the specific account RPGlinx has been banned for being associated (or ran by the same person) with a points account who did unacceptable activity. this account was called pool-of-points. DA has the audacity to accuse me of running through that points account when i didn't even know it existed until i saw in my notifications that my name and icon and art were plastered everywhere and drawing unwanted attention without my permission. i simply left a comment on their profile asking them to stop, they replied with a "no" so i ignored them not wanting to cause any trouble. then i get a note from the points account stating and explained that he was a hacker and was the same guy that was practically stalking me from flickr, to tumblr, to twitter,facebook,youtube and every other social media that i blocked him on, now i found him on DA and i instantly blocked him, few days later i find out that my account was banned.yep ... so i put in a ticket explaining the situation, not until 8-10 days later i finally get a reply from this guy as it quotes " realitysquaredTuesday at 13:06

As part of our response to this type of situation, we employ investigative techniques and tools which are used to detect other accounts that belong to the same individual responsible for the abusive activity. realitysquared.deviantart.com " yea i dunno about you guys but i smell "bullshit" and i'm not on a farm. they have no absolute proof and or evidence stating that my account was associated with that points account... and i had been on my account the ENTIRE time, no logging out not anything. i'd leave my comp on all night uploading my art on DA and abiding by the rules.you know 3 years ago it would only take 2 days for a so called "staff" to reply and give me help on whatever i submitted the ticket about, usually it was a maintenance issue or an art theft report. now it seems like DA has run down and i think the lot of you who use DA would understand that the "staff" are falsely banning accounts who literally did nothing wrong. 

i would keep on replying to the ticket hoping to get an answer out of the DA staff but they never replied back and would keep setting my ticket to "solved" i'm unsatisfied as a result and i'd really like my account back as i really did nothing wrong. and it's not about the content that i post. i post kid friendly content, rarely have i ever done any mature content though my audience is set more to teens and young adults which is around my age. 

if any of you who have ever used DA and or had any similar problems then you know where i am coming from, this false banning of innocent user deviants has to end and i'm getting really sick of the recent activity DA has been doing lately in banning deviants as they so choose. it's getting rather tiresome and ridiculous especially since some of us make a living off of DA for extra money on the side to pay our apartment bills or pay for food and gas..water and electricity... as well as internet. people please spread the word of this petition against DeviantART's way of banning people entirely with false accusations and stupid reasons that aren't even true. journals in DA help as well as posts on other social media, whatever it takes to get this to stop. i want to be able to share my art again on that site as well as roleplay with friends and or be a part of the community, i'm not giving upon my account because it doesn't deserve to get banned over a false accusation... because if DeviantART keeps this up there won't be anybody left but the staff themselves once they done banning everybody for a not even good enough reason. thank you for your time in reading this and i hope you signed this petition and others to help support me in my case as well as many others who have or had similar problems in recently or in the past. goodnight and i hope this turns out well...
