We, the undersigned residents of the City of Carson Community do hereby petition the City to purchase, develop, and maintain the property on 21135 1/2 S. Bolsa St. into a Green Space (Nature Park urban wilderness area or dog park) for conservation and recreation, offering a contrast to the proposal of building 8 (or 11 if Reflection Mini Park is purchased by the developer) condominium units. We do not want any housing development in those areas 

By signing  this petition, I understand that if a Green Space is developed by the City of Carson where the field now exist, I do not object to the following actions that may occur:

1. The City of Carson will landscape the field area located on 21135 1/2 S. Bolsa St. with access from Foxwell Ave, Shearer ave (via Reflection Mini Park), and possibly 212th st.

2. The City of Carson will develop the field into a Nature park or dog park with native trees, shrubs, and wildflowers to create habitat for local pollinators, birds, and small mammals.

3. The City of Carson to install walkways, branches, and possibly fountains or waterfalls to blend in with the urban wilderness landscape.
