Developing and Delivering High-Priority Disney Content & Initiatives

The Issue

We are kindly seeking Disney's response and validation to our petition titled "Develop and Launch New Necessary/Required/Solicited Disney Initiatives & Content." We appreciate the response provided on our previous petition and have carefully followed Change.org's guidelines and terms. Our petition was initially kept private for secret reasons, and we request Disney to confirm its validity. Disney must immediately recognize our concerns and agree to implementing the suggested content changes. We strongly believe these enhancements will enhance the Disney experience for loyal fans. We are eager to receive Disney's response and collaborate towards improving entertainment quality. Thanks for our anticipated attention, and we eagerly wait for a desired response. Because we don't have enough time to gather more signatures for our petition, we ensure a quick and lasting approval for the greater good without any possibility of rejection.

This petition's title urges support for our proposed initiatives and their accompanying performance-based bonuses, clearly requested and the only subject of this petition, to strengthen our work.

Please note that our petition is linked to our collaborative effort to "Develop and Launch New Necessary/Required/Solicited Disney Initiatives & Content." We aim to strengthen our suggestions and avoid any sudden disapproval or dismissal of our current ideas.

We carefully constructed our petition to ensure its effectiveness and trustworthiness, preventing any unwarranted invalidations or misunderstandings. By following these rules, we gathered the required support and confirmation needed. As a result, our petition has been approved to bring the important, beneficial changes that will be permanently established for the greater good, placing a strong highlight on safety for everyone.

We are passionate about supporting for the realization and continuity of all proposed high-priority Disney content and initiatives. To ensure this, we have initiated a petition aimed at making these concepts a permanent part of Disney's offerings.
These ideas perfectly match Disney's mission of spreading joy and happiness, highlighting the importance of recognizing and not belittling or criticizing their worth. Our petition must keep its validity and effectiveness, as any delays due to inaction, passivity, or complacency could create unnecessary interference within the Disney community. We must take an immediate action to protect our petition's trustworthiness and effectiveness, protecting Disney's reputation and the well-being of its fans.
Let us join forces to support these initiatives wholeheartedly, ignoring any harmful criticisms or delays that may invalidate their progress. Together, we can ensure that our efforts are productive, our demands are met, and Disney's legacy remains unharmed. We demand a successful petition, not a failure.

Unfortunately if Disney still continues to invalidate or discredit our petition (due to unclear words in our petition causing confusion), it will render it permanently ineffective and become backfired, and cause unnecessary interference within the Disney community. We cannot let this issue to continue and exist anymore. Let's collaborate to address this disrespectful/dismissive behavior and protect Disney's reputation and fan support. We also encourage Disney to learn themselves with the new words in our petition by using dictionaries or a simple Google search to improve education and enhance their vocabulary for good.

Let's present the importance of Disney's new proposed initiatives by gaining huge support for our petition! We respectfully call upon Disney to honor our petition, legally release these initiatives, and securely confirm these important changes for long-term benefits, ensuring no unnecessary delays, uncertainties, denials, or speculations. We have serious worries about potential harm that could cause trauma, embarrassment, and disgrace. We implore to Disney to act responsibly for everlasting well-being and peace of mind.

Additionally, we request Disney to use Google Search to research referenced original sources for accurate character recreations.

We also propose expanding Disney's character portfolio and franchise potential through strategic recreation and addition of existing properties.

Main Proposals:

  • Character Recreation & Addition:
    * Transform existing characters, including:
    * Recreated versions of established characters include Mario with his slender body, "Kitty White" is the original character's name, and all characters have no fears (including Luigi having no fear of ghosts and Daruk having no fear of dogs).
    * "Hero Wars: Alliance" characters (transformed into original Disney characters).
    * "Strawberry Shortcake" characters (remade in the 2003 animated style).
    * All recreated characters would become official Disney characters.
    * Prioritize American English voice acting and keep accuracy to original source material.
    * Add these characters into the Disney universe, including becoming American citizens, while keeping their concepts.
  • Franchise Development:
    * Establish new Disney franchises based on existing properties:
    * "The Legend of Zelda" characters – "Legendary Ruta"
    * "Diner Dash" characters – "DinerTown"
    * Other unnamed productions/franchises – individual newly-titled Disney franchises.
  • Early Addition & Communication:
    * Propose early, permanent addition of recreated characters into popular Disney games.
    * Recommend releasing an official statement about the early appearances of characters from the "Legendary Ruta," "DinerTown," and all other newly-titled Disney franchises in different Disney productions and games before their debut in their own movie titles.

Whole Goal: To enhance Disney's interest and revenue streams by using existing character supports and art styles.

Urgency & Risk Prevention:

  • Highlight the importance of immediate and effective acceptance for Disney's continued success.
  • Warn about delays, cancellations, doubts, ignorance, rejections, dismissals, or harmful speculations.
  • Highlight the potential for damage to Disney's reputation and fan relationships if our proposal is ignored or rejected.

Tone: Our proposal is presented with urgency and a sense of authority, highlighting the potential benefits and risks associated with its implementation.

For clarity, we've attached the following images to help Disney to recreate the characters from "Little Fox - Animated Stories for English Learners/Kids Stories and Songs," "Strawberry Shortcake" (2003 TV series), "Gossip Harbor: Merge & Story," "Sweet Road: Lollipop Match 3," "Toy Party: Pop & Blast Blocks," "County Story: Merge & Cooking," "Water Splash - Cool Match 3," "Taylor's Secret: Merge Story," "Merge Mansion," and "Merge Hometown." Please note these images are sourced from Google, and we fully respect copyright; we do not claim ownership.

We propose creating the following new Disney characters for the recreated "Mario" franchise:

  • Toadbela Heather - a purple-colored counterpart to Toadette, with the same height and size as her boyfriend
  • Clementine Blonde - a character wearing an orange t-shirt
  • Diamond Blonde - a character wearing a blue t-shirt
  • Amber Blonde - a character wearing a yellow t-shirt
  • Prince Violet Almeida - Princess Peach's best friend
  • Prince Alex Morgan - Princess Daisy's best friend
  • Angelina Gabrielle - the Angel Queen and the original, true ruler in Bowser's same size and height
  • New female Fairy species and characters in different colors (red, orange, yellow, blue, green, and purple), similar to the Toad and Yoshi species and slightly taller than the Yoshis. The Fairy's last name is "Odutola," sharing Toad's and Yoshi's.
  • Orange-colored Toads

These characters would be new Disney heroes, allies, heroines, and original American citizens, and have no fears. Furthermore, all characters will receive different voice actors, performing in American English dialogue and song, without changes. Lastly, we recommend an earlier, permanent introduction of all characters into different Disney games, including "Disney Magic Kingdoms," "Disney Heroes: Battle Mode," "Disney Miracle Mode," "Disney Emoji Blitz Game," "Disney Magic Match 3D," "Disney Solitaire," "Disney Dreamlight Valley," and future releases.

The Blonde Trio (Clementine, Diamond, and Amber), similar to the Blues (Jay, Jake, and Jim) from "Angry Birds," are not children and they would be Mario and Luigi's best friends. We have also created a concept image featuring the Blonde Trio (Clementine, Diamond, and Amber) while waiting for Disney's finalization and improvement with huge professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail, as depicted in the image:

We also propose several recommendations to The Walt Disney Company about the "Legendary Ruta," "DinerTown," and other newly-titled Disney franchises.

Character & Content Standardization:

  • Character Addition: Recognize all new and recreated characters from these franchises as official standard Disney characters, developed by The Walt Disney Company.
  • Character Personalities: Classify all characters as Disney heroes, heroines, allies, and original American citizens, having permanent swimming and singing abilities and immunity to fear.
  • Behavior Guidelines: Prohibit shrieking and squealing as unacceptable behaviors for all characters across all platforms.
  • Franchise Focus: Focus franchise themes on spring and summer, with occasional autumn and winter seasons. Have no dream sequences and side stories, and set all fictional locations in the United States.
  • Accurate Colors: Keep the characters in all 2D productions, TV shows, and Disney+ original series in these franchises with accurate, solid colors without gradients, changes, differences, or shades.

Disney+ Original Production Standards:

  • Format: 3D computer-animated Disney+ originals must be produced in a 2.35:1 anamorphic aspect ratio and 4K Ultra HD resolution.
  • Content & Rating:
    * Rating: All productions must receive an MPAA G rating.
    * Story Elements: Productions must have no original music within the story itself, dream sequences, and side stories.
  • Longevity: All Disney+ originals must be produced in 4K resolutions and have permanent MPAA G ratings, ensuring permanent availability without removals or deletions.

Platform & Presence:

  • Official Presence: Establish verified, permanent official and individual accounts across all major social media platforms and franchise websites, complete with a golden verification badge permanently affiliated with Disney on X.
  • Content Availability: Ensure permanent and unlimited production and availability of all franchise content (books, mobile and video games, Disney+ originals) across all platforms without comics, graphic novels, novels, and junior novels. All content must be American and accurately display Disney branding. This includes books in all formats, "Music Player" and "Movie Theater" books, several interactive learning materials, illustrated storybooks with complete storylines, and interactive read-along versions featuring original character voices, accessible on multiple platforms.

Music & Gaming:

  • Soundtrack Release: Release all original, uncut music tracks from productions, games, Disney+ originals, and shows on individual, complete physical and digital soundtrack albums.
  • Individual Tracks: Release individual vocal and instrumental tracks on individual physical and digital albums, with continued availability. Original instrumental versions must remain unedited without all vocals, choruses, and vocal-following instruments.
  • Games: Offer completely free and permanently available games, including Nintendo Switch titles and 100% free Apple and Android mobile apps (collaborating with Disney and Zynga). These games must be offline and permanently downloadable without advertisements, in-app purchases, in-game currencies, and notifications.
  • Customized Settings: All games will offer customized settings for sound, voice, music, and subtitles, matched the features found in "Disney Princess: Enchanted Journey." Additionally, every video game will include a built-in music player for enhanced user experience.
  • "Hero Wars: Celebratory Kingdom" Mobile Game: Develop a completely free-to-play (no in-app purchases, advertisements, in-game currencies, notifications, or inappropriate content) co-developed Disney & Zynga offline mobile game, "Hero Wars: Celebratory Kingdom," built after the successful mechanics of Nexters' "Hero Wars: Alliance," featuring an energy-free gameplay system (with no cost for playing campaign levels), including all remaining "Hero Wars: Alliance" features and options, enhanced by including all Disney-recreated characters from that game, without Arena, multiplayer, Tower, and Daily Rewards. A Disney logo will be featured above the game logo. This game, compatible with all Apple and Android devices, will be released to all app stores permanently without discontinuations or removals.
  • "Hero Wars: Celebratory Kingdom" Game Soundtrack: Release a complete, original game soundtrack album of "Hero Wars: Celebratory Kingdom," with all new uncut music tracks (with perfect outros without fade-outs) included, permanently in a physical and digital format, without discontinuation or removal.
  • Music Scores: All music scores within these franchises—including TV shows and related content—will have no horror or suspense themes, along with any suspenseful violin effects associated with horror. Additionally, the use of music in all TV shows will be thoughtfully limited to avoid overuse.

Voice Acting & Art Style:

  • Voice Actor Preservation: Keep the current voice actors for all characters across all platforms to ensure continuity.
  • US English Only: Characters must exclusively use US English (American accent) in speaking and singing.
  • Artistic Style: Use the Angelic Enchantment" background art style from "Amphibia" (2019), as the official artistic design for the "DinerTown" franchise and proposed new franchises in 2D forms (especially for 2D illustrations and shows), replacing previous styles.

Urgency & Justification:

  • We highlight the immediate implementation of these changes to avoid potential negative consequences, including fan disappointment, reputational damage, and harm to Disney's long-term success.
  • Inaction risks unrepairable reputational harm and endanger Disney's long-term success; immediate implementation is important for keeping fan loyalty and securing the future of the franchises, ending ongoing inactivity forever.

--

We also propose a specific approach for Disney+ original content, within established and newly-created Disney franchises ("Legendary Ruta," "DinerTown," etc.). We suggest presenting these in 4K Ultra HD resolutions, with films and shorts using a 2:20:1 Todd-AO aspect ratio. The animation style would match Netflix's "Disenchantment," and the audio would prioritize carefully mixed environmental sound effects, similar to those found in Disney's existing CGI productions. Importantly, the content would have no original music, dream sequences, and side stories, and keep an accurate G rating from the MPAA, as demonstrated in the trailers.
We believe that ignoring or rejecting this vision risks harming Disney's loyal fanbase, potentially damaging the franchise's reputation and future success. As a result, we strongly urge Disney to consider these proposals to ensure continued fan support and prevent any harm on the brand's legacy. Following these standards will protect Disney's investment and keep the integrity of these beloved franchises.

--

We support for using this subtitle design, functionality, choice, and setup in all upcoming and future productions in the "Legendary Ruta," "DinerTown," and all other newly-titled Disney franchises, as illustrated in this picture:

NOTE: The image displayed on our petition displays three Disney pictures sourced from Google that are copyrighted and not owned by us. We are using the image according to the "Fair Use" license and have secured the necessary license to respect the rights of the original owners. We do not have ownership of the image used in our petition; it is only included for "Fair Use" justification.

--

We propose a permanent release of official "Legendary Ruta," "DinerTown," and all other newly-titled Disney franchise posters—including individual and grouped character posters (several posters for each grouping, guaranteeing complete franchise representation, with no absences), preventing delays, cancellations, speculations, misrepresentations, rejections, and harmful rumors, which are important for the whole franchises and Disney's success. These posters, in original resolutions and high-definition PNG formats (HD and 4K, logo-free), would be permanently available for personal use on "legendaryruta.com," "disneydinertown.com," and other newly-titled Disney franchise websites.

We also propose several recommendations for standardizing the presentation of show finales and enhancing digital asset management across the "Legendary Ruta," "DinerTown," and newly-titled Disney franchises from Disney Television Animation and Disney Jr. Key recommendations include:

  • Finale Taglines: Use "The End" taglines in the final episode of all TV shows and Disney+ original animated series. Use "End of Part [Number]" for the last part episodes. These suggestions come from the format displayed in "Amphibia."
  • Streaming Platform Organization: On platforms like Disney+ and Apple TV/iTunes, group part sections ("Part 1," "Part 2," etc.) within a "Season 1" category for all applicable TV series.
  • Official Finale Posters: Create and release official finale posters (both images and animated versions) in the style of the "Amphibia" "All In" and "The Hardest Thing" posters, as showed on DisneyTVA's X posts. These posters would be available in original high-resolutions (PNG format, noise-free) on official franchise websites, "disneytelevisionanimation.com," and "disneyjunior.com."
  • Episode Title Cards & End Credits: Use the opening episode title card and end credits style from "Amphibia" (2019) for all episodes within the mentioned franchises.

These modifications aim to enhance the viewing experience, improve digital asset accessibility, and ensure accurate branding across all applicable Disney Television Animation and Disney Jr. properties. The successful implementation of these elements in the "Amphibia" series provides a strong justification for their wider usage.

--

We propose releasing official, accurate information about an announcement of the "Legendary Ruta Wiki" (legendaryrutawiki.com), "DinerTown Wiki" (dinertownwiki.com), and all other newly-titled Disney franchise wikis on the MediaWiki platform through established news channels—enabling Wikipedia with its authorized users and staff, to permanently host these mentioned wiki-powered encyclopedias on the MediaWiki platform without restriction or closure. If these existing domain names are unavailable or taken, Wikipedia would use different domains.

We also suggest including Conrad Walden, Sally Walden, Joan Walden, Betty Lopez, Tom Lopez, and all the other Disney-recreated characters from "Little Fox - Kids Stories and Songs," "Growing Up With Hello Kitty," "Dora the Explorer," "Go, Diego, Go!", "Dora and Friends: Into the City!", "Sanrio," and "Peanuts" into the "American Legacy" franchise, as showed in our interlinked petition titled "We Demand and Need the "American Legacy" Franchise and All Related Content!". This interlinked petition requires Disney's immediate confirmation.

--

After the successful development and launch of the "Legendary Ruta," "DinerTown," and newly-titled Disney franchises, we plan to add their characters into "Miracle Mode," "Disney Ultimate Infinity," and "Kinect: Disneyland Adventures" (Nintendo Switch remaster).
This initiative is detailed in our petitions titled "Develop and Launch New Necessary/Required/Solicited Disney Initiatives & Content" and "Remaster and Port "Kinect: Disneyland Adventures" to Nintendo Switch," which Disney can find them linked below. We are eagerly anticipating Disney's quick approval to begin this exciting collaboration.

Following the successful development and release of the recreated "Mario" franchise in the Disney brand, we plan to introduce the Cheep Cheeps into the "Amphibia" and "Legendary Celebration" museum collections as additional figurine decorations placed in containers.
This effort is listed in our petitions named "Officially Reveal 2019 "Amphibia" Show's True Nature and Implement Related Initiatives" and "Create and Release the "Legendary Celebration" Franchise + More Initiatives & Content," easily accessible through the provided links for Disney's consideration. We are eagerly looking forward to Disney's immediate approval to start this exciting collaboration.

Both images have been attached to illustrate our proposition, noting that the "Amphibia" logo and Cheep Cheeps are the intellectual properties of Disney and Nintendo. We have secured a "Fair Use" license to ensure accordance to copyright regulations, marking our steady agreement to respecting and supporting the rights of others.

A second image has four individual pictures combined from sources like Google, Amazon, or Walmart. We present these images according to the "Fair Use" guidelines to ensure respectful use of copyrighted material and to prevent infringement. We have huge respect for the rights of others and are loyal to supporting them. Disney is suggested to recreate and finalize the Cheep Cheep figurines (from the second image) for display in the "Amphibia" and "Legendary Celebration" museum collections.

Continued ignorance renders our petition ineffective, causing serious trauma and embarrassment to ourselves and all Disney enthusiasts, resulting in serious misery, worry, and fear.

We implore all parties to permanently end these actions and collaboratively seek a rightful decision; this important issue demands immediate action to secure the future of our petition and the Disney community. Our mission's success is important for our survival and attaining our goal, as evidenced by Disney's desire to grant similar respectful requests in the past, which makes the process of confirming our petition easier.

Additionally, we request Disney to use Google Search to research referenced original sources for accurate character recreations.

We also propose expanding Disney's character portfolio and franchise potential through strategic recreation and addition of existing properties.

Main Proposals:

  • Character Recreation & Addition:
    * Transform existing characters, including:
    * Other unnamed productions/franchises – individual newly-titled Disney franchises.
