Develop, Launch, and Prioritize Important and Requested New Disney Initiatives

The Issue

We respectfully request that Disney recognize and confirm receipt of our previous petition, "Develop and Launch New Necessary/Required/Solicited Disney Initiatives & Content," supporting the development and launch of new necessary and requested Disney initiatives and content. We appreciate the response to our previous petition and have carefully followed Change.org's guidelines and terms of service.
Initially kept private on Change.org to gather signatures, we now urge Disney to immediately recognize our concerns and confirm the implementation of the proposed content enhancements. We believe these improvements will greatly enhance the Disney experience for loyal fans. We eagerly await Disney's response and look forward to collaborating in delivering exceptional entertainment and creating lasting Disney memories.

Due to time limits, we are unable to gather additional signatures. As a result, we seek an immediate and lasting confirmation for the greater good, taking full responsibility and acceptance rather than denial. Securing 7,500 signatures is not our main goal; rather, we seek Disney's immediate confirmation and support.

This petition, including the section titled "New Disney Initiatives," shows the implementation of our proposed initiatives and provides supporting materials—all directly connected to strengthening our cause. As we are limited to a single petition, this complete section is important for presenting our proposal fully.

We have carefully crafted this petition to increase its effectiveness and prevent the risk of rejection, dismissal, or misunderstanding. We aim to bring a meaningful change for all parties involved while highlighting the importance of safety and securing the support and recognition we deserve. Achieving this goal is required to meet our long-standing and necessary purpose.

We strongly support the meaningful realization and permanent implementation of the new proposed Disney initiatives and projects. To ensure the longevity of these efforts, a petition has been initiated that perfectly matches Disney's mission to spread joy and happiness.
We must recognize the worth of these projects and avoid belittling or criticizing their importance. Our petition must keep its validity and effectiveness; inaction or passivity risks damaging its purpose. Immediate action is necessary to honor our petition, show respect, and protect the well-being of all involved. Any delays or dismissals would only invalidate progress and discredit our mission.
We urge Disney to immediately approve our petition, ensuring the continuation of these initiatives and securing continued fan support. Together, we can restore our loyalty, develop growth for these projects, and dispel any unwarranted doubts or criticism. Our focus remains on a strong, clear, and effective petition that eliminates misinformation, leaving no room for neglect or uncertainty.

Disney’s immediate attention to our official and legal petition is important. If Disney still continue to invalidate or dismiss our petition due to misunderstandings of language or unclear wording, it would damage our hard work and backfire, potentially causing negative consequences. Such issues risk harming the Disney community and losing fan loyalty. We must address this immediately and collaboratively to prevent disrespectful or dismissive behavior and to protect Disney's reputation and loyal support permanently.
We also encourage Disney to clarify any unclear words by using dictionaries or quick online searches to enhance understanding.

We respectfully request that Disney recognize and validate our petition officially, which has been submitted in full accordance with legal and procedural standards. We urge Disney to stop any removal, neglect, dismissal, or rejection of our petition, as such actions would be unacceptable and damage the purpose of our efforts.
These actions threaten our petition's validity and effectiveness, potentially harming the signatories and the large Disney community. Continued ignorance could cause serious disappointment, including feelings of trauma, embarrassment, sadness, fear, and anxiety.
We implore Disney to halt these unlawful and inappropriate actions that endanger our petition's validity and invalidate our collective efforts. Ignoring or dismissing the petition risks encouraging misinformation, premature announcements, and unrealistic expectations about petition confirmation, casting decisions, or non-existing franchises. We call for a permanent, respectful decision to this issue, as any other course of action would be unlawful and likely cause more disappointment.
Our worry comes from the risk that Disney's unjustified dismissal or rejection of our petition would result in a breach of fair process, violation of our rights, and ignorance for international laws. We remain agreed to addressing this issue peacefully and respectfully, hoping Disney will collaborate with us to protect the integrity of our petition and the community it represents.
Recognizing our petition is important for the success of our cause and the well-being of our community, as demonstrated by Disney's previous approval of similar requests through their established systems.

We propose a vision for the future of the "Milo Murphy's Law" franchise, brought by the following success of the series and its related intellectual properties. The main elements include:

1. Franchise Expansion: Launching a new franchise, "Milo & Violeta" (as listed on our previous "Create and Release the 'Disney Legacy' and 'Milo & Violeta' Franchises + More Content" and "Develop and Launch New Necessary/Required/Solicited Disney Initiatives & Content" petitions, requiring confirmation before proceeding), before renewing "Milo Murphy's Law" for a Disney+ exclusive third season.

2. Story Changes in a Final Season: Season 3 of "Milo Murphy's Law" would leave the original storyline away and focus on new characters from different franchises instead. This change involves losing the role of the only existing protagonist Milo Murphy with Hereditary Extreme Murphy's Law, but he still appears in most episodes and not every episode.

3. Main Character Inclusions from Different Franchises (With the Same Voice Actors):

  • Anne Boonchuy (voiced by Brenda Song) - The true main protagonist, an adult, and a fearless hero/heroine from "American Legacy" in a new, different art appearance style wearing a colorful dress outfit matching Lucy Turner's with long sleeves matching Wanda Hathaway's and using Lavender Wright's hairstyle while equipping a sword, shield, and a bow sometimes, along with her magic powers. Anne will not attend Jefferson County Middle School. She will also have her main role, but she will be completely absent in one episode.
  • Brenda Newcombe (voiced by Phillipa Soo) - A hero/heroine and an adult from "American Legacy" in a new, different art appearance style, exclusively portrayed as Anne Boonchuy's sister in the show, wearing a colorful dress outfit matching Lucy Turner's with long sleeves matching Wanda Hathaway's and using Lucy Turner's hairstyle. Brenda will not attend Jefferson County Middle School.
  • Violeta Viberly (voiced by Kristen Bell) - from "Milo & Violeta"
  • A recreated Milo Murphy - from "Milo & Violeta" as the original Milo's secondary alternative counterpart without his backpack and Hereditary Extreme Murphy's Law. To avoid confusion about our petition, the recreated Milo Murphy will be designated as the original Milo's secondary alternative counterpart, differently described by the absence of his backpack and Hereditary Extreme Murphy's Law.
  • Arthur Wright, Noel Turner, Charlie Hamilton, Diego Dearlove, Wendy Orlando, Alice Garland, Blair Almeida, and Katie Brown - from "Milo & Violeta"
  • Tira Brighton (voiced by Paget Brewster) and Hennui Alderman (voiced by Tom Kenny) - from "Milo & Violeta"
  • Toadsworth Walker, Starlow Bright, and Violeta's family - from "Milo & Violeta"
  • Amy Winter and all her own friends - from "Charming Beauty" in 2D versions. Our proposal, titled "Create and Release the "Charming Beauty" Franchise and All Its Related Projects," has been submitted and is currently pending Disney's immediate approval.

These characters, recreated as different versions, will be added into the "Milo Murphy's Law" universe, and have random appearances in Season 3 episodes. Sometimes, Amy and the recreated Milo Murphy are together while Starlow and Toadsworth will be with Violeta, the recreated Milo, and Amy in some episodes.

4. New Characters:

  • Mayer Murphy (also known as Matthew "Mayer" Jordan Murphy), a new character matching Sara's build (size and height) and voiced by "Weird Al" Yankovic, will debut in the third season. Unlike Milo, Mayer does not have Hereditary Extreme Murphy's Law. He will join the Murphy family—Sara, Brigette, Martin, Diogee, and Milo—and become true best friends with Zack and Melissa. Mayer will appear in most episodes as a supporting character, featuring a full speaking and singing role in US English with an American accent. This new character is also planned to be recreated for "Milo & Violeta," following the same franchise standards.
  • Three new characters—Mayer, Zack, and Melissa's best friends—will debut in the third season: Harry Porter (voiced by Jonathan Groff), Carol Tennant (voiced by Zachary Levi), and Hermione Louderman (voiced by Ashley Tisdale). These characters, designed with Zack and Melissa's builds (sizes and heights), will appear in most episodes (as supporting characters), have a strong relationship with Anne, and feature full speaking and singing roles in US English with American accents.
  • Two new characters will debut in the third season: Larry Newman (voiced by Martin Freeman) and Taylor Beaumont (voiced by Linda Larkin). These time-traveling agents, high-level government employees, and Brick and Savannah's best friends are designed to match Brick and Savannah's builds (sizes and heights). They will appear as supporting characters in most episodes, featuring full speaking and singing roles in an American-accented US English.

5. Supporting Characters:

  • Lola Sunderguard, along with her friends and pet—who made a single appearance in "The Note"—will return as supporting characters in the third season and will appear in most episodes. Lola's friends and pet are also planned to be recreated for "Milo & Violeta," following the same franchise standards.
  • Zack Underwood, Melissa Chase, Balthazar Cavendish, Vinnie Dakota, Brick, Savannah, Mr. Block, Bob Block, Sara Murphy, Brigette Murphy, Martin Murphy, Diogee, Richard Chase, Eileen Underwood, and Marcus Underwood will be supporting characters and appear in most episodes.
  • Other characters from "Phineas and Ferb," "Kick Buttowski: Suburban Daredevil," "Hamster and Gretel," and "Kim Possible," with the same voice actors, will be supporting characters and appear in most episodes.
  • The Duck family from "DuckTales" (2017)—including Scrooge, Huey, Dewey, Louie, Webby, May, June, Donald, Della, Launchpad, and Mrs. Beakley—and the Green family from "Big City Greens," all voiced by their original actors, will serve as supporting characters appearing in most episodes and will interact with Anne. This exciting new crossover links these shows to the "Milo Murphy's Law" universe.
  • Armdane Miranda and Barbara Turner from the "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" franchise, voiced by their original actors, will appear as supporting characters in most episodes, introducing an exciting new crossover. Our proposal, titled "Create and Release a New Disney Franchise Collection – Amphibia: Definitive Edition," has been submitted and is currently pending Disney's immediate approval.
  • Anne Chandra, Dawn Rainbow, Lucy Bernadine, Nova Duncan, Hugo Joyce, and Carl Tacadena from the "American Legacy" franchise, also voiced by their original actors, will appear as supporting characters in most episodes, forming a new crossover. These characters will often team up with Huey, Dewey, Louie, Webby, May, and June.
  • Kingston Wainwright, Annabelle Wainwright, Dakota Wainwright, and Liam Wainwright from the "Disney Legacy" franchise, voiced by their original actors, will appear as supporting characters in most episodes, creating another crossover opportunity. They will mostly join forces with Scrooge and Launchpad, and sometimes alongside Huey, Dewey, Louie, and Webby.

6. Theme Song Update for Season 3:

  • Brenda Song, as the voice of Anne Boonchuy, will perform the opening, ending (reusing the first season's version), and extended versions of the theme song "It's My World and We're All Living In It" for the third season. The lyrics will be edited to match the new character, replacing the original Milo Murphy and removing all his vocals and speaking voices.
  • These versions will be remixed with orchestral arrangements, requiring music project duplications before the production can proceed. They will also be released in a physical and digital EP album, along with audio videos on the "DisneyMusicVEVO" YouTube channel, where they will remain permanently available with no plans for discontinuation or removal.
  • This update also includes a new intro sequence for Season 3 featuring Anne Boonchuy that replaces the original Milo Murphy.

7. Additional Season 3 Concepts:

  • "Anne's World" will be the first episode.
  • "Role Play" will be the second episode.
  • Anne would use her magic power to restore Bradley's part-plant arm and hand in its normal form.
  • Cavendish and Dakota will become best friends with Anne and have a strong relationship with her, replacing the original Milo. The trio would also travel to 1955 to meet Orton Mahlson and Professor Time.

8. Restoring Cavendish and Dakota's Time-Traveling Abilities:

  • The main plot involves restoring Cavendish and Dakota's time-travel abilities and restoring them in their previous positions following an apology from Mr. Block and following promotion to high-level government employees (just like Brick and Savannah) while returning their original home. This includes a detailed, extended, unedited flashback sequence showing Cavendish and Dakota in Mr. Block's office, leading to a supreme tribunal featuring the three judges above, leading to their prohibition from time travel and following banishment to the past, while including new scenes and dialogues, with adding all Cavendish and Dakota sequences from "Snow Way Out" without any changes or cuts.
  • In the present time, Anne will tell Mr. Block, showing her suspicion that the original Milo Murphy, with Hereditary Extreme Murphy's Law, was truly responsible for these disastrous consequences—marked by several constant failures (especially the ruined pistachios) and catastrophic incidents. Now together, Anne and Mr. Block work together to find a way to stop the original Milo Murphy once and for all, solving a problem for the greater good. After successfully achieving their goal, Mr. Block, Brick, Savannah, Larry, and Taylor honor Anne's efforts by graduating her and granting her permission to visit the Time Travel Bureau anytime.

9. A New Location & Villains:

  • The main antagonists—Victor Verliezer, Colonel Niblet, and Lieutenant Tenant—live in their newly established palace lair. They find Anne, easily knowing her name by calling "Anne Boonchuy," "Anne," or "Boonchuy," and become her archenemies. In particular, Victor forbids Anne from seeing the original Milo Murphy, matching the way Aunt Polly prevents Pollyanna from participating in the bazaar in the 1960 film "Pollyanna." Victor's true villainous nature will be revealed—targeting Anne and ending her life. These developments happen later in the series, not in the opening or first episode.
  • Two animal villains—a Cyborg Bear and a Demonic Jezadale (a newly recreated Golden Lizalfos based on "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" that has a different sound and moves and runs at a normal speed, matching the show's art standards)—will team up to track down and successfully get revenge on the original Milo in the third season. Although Anne stops and attacks them with her powers, it is too late; Colonel Niblet and Lieutenant Tenant have already succeeded their goals for the Cyborg Bear and Demonic Jezadale after their failure in "The Mid-Afternoon Snack Club."

10. Character Addition: Adding new characters (Anne Boonchuy, Brenda Newcombe, Violeta Viberly, a recreated Milo Murphy, Arthur Wright, Noel Turner, Charlie Hamilton, Diego Dearlove, Wendy Orlando, Alice Garland, Blair Almeida, Katie Brown, Harry Porter, Carol Tennant, Hermione Louderman, Mayer Murphy, Larry Newman, Taylor Beaumont, Demonic Jezadale) and pre-existing (Zack Underwood, Melissa Chase, Balthazar Cavendish, Vinnie Dakota, Brick, Savannah, Mr. Block, Bob Block, Sara Murphy, Brigette Murphy, Martin Murphy, Diogee, Violeta's family, Richard Chase, Eileen Underwood, Marcus Underwood, Victor Verliezer, Colonel Niblet, Lieutenant Tenant, Cyborg Bear) into promotional materials for Season 3, including an official poster featuring all episode characters.

11. Franchise Clarification: Officially revealing Brick's last name "Wellington," Savannah's last name "Tachibana," Mr. Block's first name "George," Melissa's real name "Laura," Neal's last name "Washington," and Lydia's last name "Taylor" through official channels.

12. Character Announcement: Officially announcing Anne Boonchuy as the rightful character and main protagonist of "Milo Murphy's Law" and other Disney productions. In the third season, Anne overpowers the original Milo Murphy, as confirmed through official channels.

12. Removing Unwanted Elements: Removing the specified increasing horror violin suspense sound effect and any other suspenseful violin sound effects relating to horror from the show.

13. Addressing Character Issues: The original Milo has already overcome his fear of Chinese finger traps, Melissa has already overcome her fear of rollercoasters, Zack has already overcome his fear of fish, and arranging a grand reunion of "The Doctor Zone Files" fan characters to apologize Sara Murphy.

14. Two Promotional Videos: The first video stars Brenda Song and Phillipa Soo, while the second features Brenda Song with Sabrina Carpenter. Both videos highlight the upcoming Season 3 of "Milo Murphy's Law" on Disney+, highlighting its new, more dramatic themes. Both videos will be uploaded to YouTube permanently without removals.

15. Prohibition of Shrieking and Squealing: Prohibiting shrieking and squealing for all characters in all Season 3 episodes.

16. Official "Fungus Among Us" Artwork: Creating and permanently releasing an official "Fungus Among Us" artwork (text-free) in its original 4K resolution on "phineasandferb.com" without image noise, as depicted in the attached concept image. This initiative was planned during the production of "Milo Murphy's Law" Season 3 episodes before their Disney+ release. Please note that the attached image has been vectorized and edited by us; however, the original concept elements are the property of Disney.

17. A Third Season 3 Episode Titled "Draining Life": Featuring Anne Boonchuy walking alone sadly until she saw the mess left and unattended outside Jefferson County Middle School and cleans it up. The sky remains the same gray appearance as seen in "Fungus Among Us" and the attached image above, a natural occurrence that was unrelated to fungal spores. In the end of the episode, Anne feels happy and sleeps in her bed with her blanket covering her body. This new episode is set two days after the events of "Missing Milo."

18. Two Extended Special Episodes + Concepts:

  • Heroic Anne" (a recreation of "Missing Milo") and "Dramatic Life" (a remade version of "Fungus Among Us") featuring event replays with several changes, different beginnings, and happy endings.
  • Anne Boonchuy, the main protagonist, replaces the original Milo Murphy, accompanied by all new and supporting characters.
  • Both episodes displaying the same gray sky environment seen in "Fungus Among Us" and the referenced image above, representing a natural phenomenon unrelated to fungal spores.
  • The original Milo Murphy and his backpack being entirely absent from both special episodes, similar to Mario is not being presented in "New Super Luigi U."
  • Several changes including Anne, Cavendish, Dakota, and Orton traveling back to the correct present time without any time juice leaking from the time vehicle. This happens after Anne quickly presses the button after entering the time vehicle, which then disappears unharmed before the pistachions can attack it.
  • Reusing the official "Fungus Among Us" artwork for "Dramatic Life."

19. Creator Assignment: Assigning Matt Groening, David X. Cohen, and a new creative team to create and release "Milo Murphy's Law" Season 3 for Disney+, according to Dan Povenmire and Jeff "Swampy" Marsh's supervisions, without shortening the season. This approach allows Dan Povenmire, Jeff "Swampy" Marsh, and their creative team to continue focusing on their current projects, including "Phineas and Ferb" Season 5 and "Hamster and Gretel."

20. New Music Composer: Recommending Dominic Lewis as the music composer for "Milo Murphy's Law" Season 3, following a style in "DuckTales" (2017) but without any horror or suspense themes—specifically avoiding suspenseful violin effects associated with horror, such as the "increasing horror violin suspense sound effect." Some existing non-horror/suspenseful music from "DuckTales" (2017), including tracks like the one accompanying the Waddle tour in "The Infernal Internship of Mark Beaks!", could also be reused. This allows Danny Jacob to continue his original music work for "Phineas and Ferb" Season 5 and "Hamster and Gretel."

21. Conclusion & Demands: We demand an immediate action, forbidding any delay or criticism, and preventing negative consequences, including damage to Disney's reputation and fan dissatisfaction. We frame our suggestions as "non-negotiable demands."

22. Disclaimer on Existing Petition: Our proposal recognizes and separates itself from an existing "Make a Season 3 of Milo Murphy's Law (MML)" petition. We worry that this petition may not be carefully created and could be easily discredited or invalidated. We clarify that we did not start this petition and that this account does not belong to us.

Disney must immediately approve a third season of "Milo Murphy's Law" on Disney+ due to its huge viewership and growing popularity. With a great and increasing audience on the platform, renewing the show for a third season is required to keep continuity and satisfy fans—and this renewal must happen without delay.
Immediate approval of this Disney+ exclusive season—without delays, cancellations, uncertainties, dismissals, or harmful speculations—is important to keeping fan loyalty and the show's reputation. Any delay, cancellation, or negative response will be unacceptable, invalidating our petition and causing unrepairable harm to Disney's reputation and fan trust.
We demand an immediate action and undoubted support for this non-negotiable demand to avoid more damage and ensure a rightful victory for our petition. Any continued inaction, negative response, or unrealistic expectations will be considered completely unacceptable and strictly forbidden.
Unfortunately, still ignoring or rejecting our whole demand through a passive-aggressive behavior without valid justifications risks harming Disney's loyal fanbase, damaging the company's reputation, and losing hard-earned goodwill. We must address this repeating pattern of ignorance and seriously consider this whole proposal to avoid potentially serious and unintended consequences.

--

We also propose a complete plan to expand the "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" franchise by adding and remastering elements from "Milo Murphy's Law," "Phineas and Ferb," and "Kick Buttowski: Suburban Daredevil," strengthening a shared Disney universe.

Main Parts:

  • "Milo Murphy's Law" Addition: Remastering and permanently including Season 3 episodes of "Milo Murphy's Law" as Part 3 episodes in "Amphibia: Definitive Edition | Volume 2" within the "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" collection.
  • Universe Connections: Confirming that the remastered "Milo Murphy's Law," "Phineas and Ferb," and "Kick Buttowski: Suburban Daredevil" universes are connected to the "Milo & Violeta" franchise through official channels.
  • Artwork Enhancement: Remastering and permanently releasing the "Fungus Among Us" artwork in a 4K resolution and 2:20:1 aspect ratio without image noise on "amphibiadefinitiveedition.com." This artwork is the same as the one previously requested (from the attached image above), planned during the production of "Milo Murphy's Law" Season 3 episodes and before their Disney+ release.
  • "Anne Boonchuy's World" Series (Disney+ Original):
    * Development and release of a new single-season Disney+ original show and accompanying illustrated storybooks, "Anne Boonchuy's World," featuring Anne Boonchuy (voiced by Brenda Song) as the main protagonist and a fearless hero/heroine keeping her same appearance as seen in the third season of "Milo Murphy's Law"—exclusively as part of "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" and following the franchise's established standards.
    * This series recreates events from "Milo Murphy's Law" and feature new storylines and a happy ending without "Murphy's Lard," "The Llama Incident," "Sick Day," and Season 2 episodes.
    * While Anne will be the protagonist, she will not appear in every episode and will be entirely absent from one episode.
    * The original Milo Murphy, along with his backpack and Hereditary Extreme Murphy's Law, is effectively removed from this whole story.
    * Existing main and supporting characters from "Milo Murphy's Law" Part 3 will be featured and branded as main characters and heroes/heroines, voiced by their original actors, with random appearances, including: Brenda Newcombe (Anne Boonchuy's sister), Balthazar Cavendish, and Vinnie Dakota.
    * Anne aims to replace the original Milo Murphy, along with his backpack and Hereditary Extreme Murphy's Law, for good permanently and lawfully by taking control of the story.
    * Anne and Brenda, being adults, do not attend Jefferson County Middle School.
    * Selected characters will not have plant transformations and M.U.L.C.H. (as seen in "The Phineas and Ferb Effect" from "Milo Murphy's Law").
    * Time travel abilities will remain accurately accessible throughout the series.
    * All the Pistachions will be completely defeated, leaving none remaining in the time stream.
  • Musical Addition:
    * Using the full instrumental version of "A Very Good Mind," featuring Brenda Song as Anne Boonchuy, in "Anne Boonchuy's World" and Season 3 of "Milo Murphy's Law."
    * Reusing the remixed version of "It's My World and We're All Living In It" from "Milo Murphy's Law" Season 3 as the theme song for "Anne Boonchuy's World," featuring three different versions.

Goals:

  • Enhance and expand the Disney universe by officially connecting existing properties.

  • Content: The book would feature detailed character backgrounds, object designs, location studies, and exclusive development artwork, with "Foreword by Matt Groening" (as a suggested, high-profile confirmation) on the front book cover.

Distribution & Storybook Availability:

  • Disney+: Permanent availability of "Anne Boonchuy's World" on Disney+.
  • Books: Permanent availability of all books (physical and digital, including ebooks) in stores.

Urgency:

  • Our proposal includes a direct request for an immediate approval, claiming that the continued rejection of our petition risks reputational damage and harms Disney's relationship with its fanbase.

Unfortunately, Disney's ongoing dismissal or absence of engagement with our petition risks damaging its relationship with its loyal fanbase and could lead to serious reputational harm. An immediate and respectful response is important. Continued ignorance or rejection of our petition may result in serious, lasting consequences that could lost the goodwill that Disney has worked hard to establish.

  • Branding: A book would also be branded by Disney Books and TOKYOPOP, ensuring permanent availability in all formats (print and digital).
