Develop, Launch, and Prioritize Important and Requested New Disney Initiatives
Develop, Launch, and Prioritize Important and Requested New Disney Initiatives
The Issue
We respectfully request that Disney recognize and confirm receipt of our previous petition, "Develop and Launch New Necessary/Required/Solicited Disney Initiatives & Content," supporting the development and launch of new important and requested Disney initiatives and content. We appreciate the response to our previous petition, and we have carefully followed Change.org's guidelines and terms of service.
Initially kept private on Change.org to gather signatures, we now urge Disney to recognize our concerns and confirm the implementation of the proposed content enhancements immediately. We believe these improvements will greatly enhance the Disney experience for loyal fans. We eagerly await Disney's response and look forward to collaborating in delivering exceptional entertainment and creating lasting Disney memories.
Due to time limits, we are unable to gather additional signatures. As a result, we seek an immediate and lasting confirmation for the greater good, taking full responsibility and acceptance, not denial. Securing 7,500 signatures is not our main goal; rather, we seek Disney's immediate confirmation and support.
This petition's title shows the implementation of our proposed initiatives and provides supporting materials—all directly connected to strengthening our cause. As we are limited to a single petition, this complete section is important for presenting our full proposal.
We have carefully crafted this petition to increase its effectiveness and prevent the risk of rejection, dismissal, or misunderstanding. We aim to bring a meaningful change for all parties involved while highlighting the importance of safety and securing the support and recognition we deserve. Achieving this goal is required to meet our long-standing and necessary purpose.
We strongly support for the meaningful realization and permanent implementation of the new proposed Disney initiatives and projects. To ensure the longevity of these efforts, a petition has been initiated that perfectly matches Disney's mission to spread joy and happiness.
We must recognize the worth of these projects and avoid belittling or criticizing their importance. Our petition must keep its validity and effectiveness; inaction or passivity risks damaging its purpose. Immediate action is necessary to honor our petition, show respect, and protect the well-being of all involved. Any delays or dismissals would only invalidate progress and discredit our mission.
We urge Disney to approve our petition immediately, ensuring the continuation of these initiatives and securing continued fan support. Together, we can restore our loyalty, develop growth for these projects, and dispel any unwarranted doubts or criticism. Our focus remains on a strong, clear, and effective petition that eliminates misinformation, leaving no room for neglect or uncertainty.
Disney's immediate attention to our official and legal petition is important. If Disney still continue to invalidate or dismiss our petition and leave this issue unattended due to misunderstandings of language or unclear wording, it would damage our hard work and backfire, potentially causing negative consequences. Such problems risk harming the Disney community and losing fan loyalty. We must address this disaster immediately and collaboratively to prevent this disrespectful and dismissive behavior, and to protect Disney's reputation and loyal support permanently.
We also encourage Disney to clarify any unclear words by using dictionaries or quick online searches to enhance understanding.
We respectfully request that Disney recognize and validate our petition officially, which has been submitted in full accordance with legal and procedural standards. We urge Disney to stop any removal, neglect, dismissal, or rejection of our petition, as such actions would be unacceptable and damage the purpose of our efforts.
These actions threaten our petition's validity and effectiveness, potentially harming the signatories and the large Disney community. Continued ignorance could cause serious disappointment, including feelings of trauma, embarrassment, sadness, fear, and anxiety.
We implore Disney to halt these unlawful, disrespectful, and inappropriate actions that endanger our petition's validity and invalidate our collective efforts. Ignoring or dismissing our petition risks encouraging misinformation, premature announcements, and unrealistic expectations about petition confirmation, casting decisions, or non-existing franchises. We call for a permanent, respectful decision to this issue, as any other course of action would be unlawful and likely cause more disappointment.
Our worry comes from the risk that Disney's unjustified dismissal or rejection of our petition would result in a breach of fair process, violation of our rights, and ignorance for international laws. We remain agreed to addressing this issue peacefully and respectfully, hoping Disney will collaborate with us to protect the integrity of our petition and the community it represents.
Recognizing our petition is important for the success of our cause and the well-being of our community, as demonstrated by Disney's previous approval of similar requests through their established systems.

We propose an important expansion and addition of several Disney Television Animation properties. Main elements include:
1. Creative Collaboration: Establishing a permanent, friendly partnership between the "DuckTales 2017," "Kick Buttowski: Suburban Daredevil," and "Phineas and Ferb" creative teams, including Francisco Angones, Matt Youngberg, Dan Povenmire, Jeff "Swampy" Marsh, and composers Danny Jacob, Dominic Lewis, and Andy Sturmer.
2. Universe Addition & Rebranding: Officially merging the "Kick Buttowski: Suburban Daredevil" universe into the "Phineas and Ferb" universe (Tri-State Area/Danville) with Sandro Cosaro and Andy Sturmer, transferring ownership of the "Kick Buttowski" intellectual property to Dan Povenmire, Jeff "Swampy" Marsh, Francisco Angones, and Matt Youngberg. Rebrand the existing "Phineas and Ferb" universe by officially renaming it "Danville" to establish a joined and definitive universe title and creating "Danville" as the official franchise name. The previously-mentioned partnership also develops a "Danville" universe creative team.
3. Series Renewal and Crossover: Supporting for a direct, increased promotion and a third season renewal for "Milo Murphy's Law" and "Hamster & Gretel" to boost viewership and secure production. Planning a large-scale crossover event in "Hamster & Gretel" Season 3, featuring characters from "Phineas and Ferb," "Milo Murphy's Law," and "Kick Buttowski: Suburban Daredevil."
4. Content Modification: Permanently discontinuing the use of the specified increasing horror violin suspense sound effects—and any similar suspenseful violin effects associated with horror—in Danny Jacob's new musical scores for Dan Povenmire and Jeff "Swampy" Marsh's Disney shows, along with other upcoming Disney productions and commercials. This change is necessary due to the truly traumatizing nature of these sound effects that clearly violate and harm Disney's happiest place on Earth, and they must be stopped for legal and ethical reasons.
5. New Content Development:
- Supporting the development of new Disney animated shows, including permanent releases on Disney+, and Disney+ originals—all rated G by the MPAA—that are set within the expanded "Danville" universe.
- This initiative begins with two single-season series "Tri-State Area" (a sequel to "Hamster & Gretel" and "Milo Murphy's Law" Season 2 and a prequel to "Hamster & Gretel" Season 3 featuring over 40 episodes) and "Danville" (a prequel to "Milo Murphy's Law" Season 3 featuring over 58 episodes). Both shows and other Disney+ original series would have a similar episode runtime to "DuckTales 2017."
- All projects will be developed collaboratively by the previously-mentioned creative teams and produced by Disney Television Animation.
- Importantly, the previously-mentioned horror violin sound effects will be completely absent from all new productions and episodes.
- Using a complete restriction on shrieking and squealing behaviors for characters in all productions and episodes, ensuring they do not display disrespectful behaviors.
- New shows will be produced as single-season series, each officially concluding with a perfect and definitive happy ending, with no plans for renewal, as seen with "Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur" and "Alice's Wonderland Bakery," which have only received second-season renewals. However, we are actively petitioning for a third season renewal for "Hamster & Gretel" and "Milo Murphy's Law" to continue their stories. Some Disney series receive limited renewals up to a second or third season, but extending new shows after their initial season is considered as an ineffective use of time and resources. Instead, combining more episodes into a single season is considered enough and helps save time and effort. This method also applies to selected upcoming Disney shows that officially cancel their limited season renewals. This approach is supported by official confirmation from authorized channels.
6. Character Recreations (matching the "Danville" franchise's established character art design standards):
- Recreating Sofia and her own friends from "Sofia the First," along with Alice from "Alice in Wonderland" (1951) as original American girls in a new 2D style, having new lives. Additionally, we suggest officially revealing Sofia's last name "Lindsay" and Alice's last name "Brightwood," establishing their full names called "Sofia Lindsay" and "Alice Brightwood" while giving different last names to Sofia's own friends. In "Milo Murphy's Law," they will become Milo's new best friends and the main protagonists/characters, and will appear along with him in every Season 3 episode with their dialogues, voiced by the same actors in US English (American accent) with the one from "Alice's Wonderland Bakery." These characters are also planned to be recreated for "Milo & Violeta," following the same franchise standards.
- Recreating Huey Duck, Dewey Duck, Louie Duck, Phooey Duck, Webby Vanderquack (using Winter JoylaDuck's hairstyle from the "Disney Legacy" franchise), May Duck, June Duck, Lena Sabrewing, Violet Sabrewing, Gosalyn Waddlemeyer, B.O.Y.D., and all other unnamed children (with their full names) from "DuckTales 2017," along with April Duck having sleeves matching May's—a recreated character based on Aurora JoylaDuck from "Disney Legacy"—and other new children ducks (including Zelda, Kyle, Stacy, Isabelle, Jet, Turbo, Rebel, Emma, Bailey, Paget, and others with new different names from the 2nd Dimension, without existing ones from "Disney Legacy" and "American Legacy") from the "Duckburg" series. They are allied adult heroes and heroines living in their new home within Danville and matching the same children's sizes and heights, becoming friends with Anne. These characters keep their original art style and design without the use of black shapes. Additionally, they feature the same voice actors from the original series while Phooey and April Duck will be voiced by different actors, bringing accurate originality to their new lives. Finally, B.O.Y.D. was introduced as a real boy and a real-form animal character, not a robot.
- Recreating the Disney Princesses (including those from "Enchantment" and "Frozen") as allied heroes, heroines, and original American girls living in the Luxury Palace within Danville. These characters keep their original art styles and designs. Furthermore, they are voiced by the original actors, ensuring accuracy and continuity as they have their new lives.
7. A New Character: Introducing a new character named Ezra Clarke (also known as Ezra David Clarke), similar to Milo Murphy without Murphy's Law with his same size and height, matching the "Danville" franchise's character design standards. In "Milo Murphy's Law," she will become Milo, Sofia, and Alice's new best friend and the second main protagonist/character, and will appear along with him in every Season 3 episode with his dialogues, voiced by John Legend. This new character is also planned to be recreated for "Milo & Violeta," following the same franchise standards.
8. "Playtime" Series: Creating the new series titled "Playtime," featuring Milo Murphy, Ezra Clarke, Sofia Lindsay, and Alice Brightwood as the main protagonists/characters, who will appear in every episode with their original voice actors providing their dialogues.
9. Anne Boonchuy Recreation: Recreating Anne Boonchuy (also known as Annabelle "Anne" Laura Boonchuy, voiced by Brenda Song, with no changes or replacements), an original 18-year-old American adult girl, a fearless allied indestructible hero/heroine, and a heroic adventurer with the same character features/abilities from the "American Legacy" franchise, featuring a new, different art style that matches with the "Danville" universe. This new version of Anne, living in the Luxury Palace and originated on June 17, 2019 (matching the "Amphibia" release on Disney Channel), will be equipped with a sword, shield, and occasionally a bow, alongside her magical powers. She also likes to have an outdoor life, especially having a picnic alone. Unlike previous portrayals, Anne will no longer attend school. She never shriek and squeal perpetually (never end), because these behaviors are considered unacceptable, disrespectful, and inappropriate. Anne never gets a girlfriend or boyfriend, and she is perpetually immune to fear. Everyone in the Tri-State Area recognizes Anne and easily remembers her full name while they celebrate her.
The official character description for Anne is proposed: Anne explores outside and feels normal, dancing in the enchanting breeze and warm sunlight. She loves going outdoors and takes pride in her whole life. Anne feels alright while she enjoys the environmental beauty and magical nature.
Additionally, we support for keeping this new version of Anne as the main character and permanent protagonist of the "Danville" franchise, firmly rejecting any changes or replacements. Furthermore, we propose Anne for inclusion in the Disney Princess universe, while keeping her unchanged casual outfit within the "Disney Princess" franchise. Lastly, we recommend officially recognizing Anne as a permanent, standard Disney character created by The Walt Disney Company. We also propose her permanent inclusion in different Disney games (such as "Disney Solitaire" and "Disney Magic Kingdoms," featuring her voice clips) and other productions to mark her early debut.
While Anne will serve as the main protagonist/character in both new shows "Tri-State Area," "Danville," and some productions featuring the main storyline exclusively focused on her, she will not appear in every episode and will be completely absent from one episode. "Tri-State Area," "Danville," and other productions (which focus only on main storylines and real-world events) featuring Anne will have no dream sequences, side stories, and running gags (repeating jokes or funny elements that appear throughout any work), but she will be still completely absent in one episode. Anne will not be mentioned or pictured in her complete absence. Anne would be the first character to make a magical debut in the "Danville" universe, and the proposed recreated characters would be magically created by her.
We have developed a concept image that illustrates this new art direction for Anne Boonchuy, specifically planned for "Milo Murphy's Law" and "Hamster & Gretel" Season 3 as the additional main character appearing in most episodes. Disney will finalize the character's design with careful and thoughtful consideration.
10. "Anne's Enchanted Journey" Series: Develop a new Disney+ original animated short series titled "Anne's Enchanted Journey," featuring Anne Boonchuy as the main protagonist, voiced by Brenda Song, and using the proposed official character description for Anne. One episode would also include Anne playing on a swing during daytime, watching the overworld and the blue sky. This series is planned for release before the "Tri-State Area" and "Danville" series. The concept is based on eight scenes from the attached combined image, which have been edited by us. Please note that the original concept elements are the property of Disney.
11. A New Original Disney Song for the "Anne's Enchanted Journey" Series: Creating an original Disney song titled "My Outdoor Life," composed in E major, 79 BPM, and 4/4 time signature. The arrangement will include an orchestra, piano, harp, and a single, occasional Am6 chord. Brenda Song, voicing Anne Boonchuy, will perform the vocals. This song will be featured in the "Anne's Enchanted Journey" episode and the Disney Music collection. Both vocal and full instrumental versions (without all vocals and vocal-following instruments) will be permanently released in a physical and digital EP album. Additionally, audio videos will be made available on the "DisneyMusicVEVO" YouTube channel, where they will remain permanently accessible with no plans for discontinuation or removal.
12. New "Hamster & Gretel" Characters (Allied Heroes & Heroines With Perpetual Immunity to Fear): Introducing new characters named Hansel Grant-Gomez, Barbara Hathaway (full name: Brooklyn "Barbara" Pride Hathaway), and Isaac Appleton (full name: Andrea "Isaac" Legend Appleton, Lenora Dotrice (full name: Lenora "Laura" Wendy Dotrice), Arthur Dotrice (full name: Arthur "Alex" Jordan Dotrice), and the Dotrice family members. Hansel was indestructible, has no bad luck, being a member of the Grant-Gomez family, and he is Gretel's brother and sibling, sharing her size and height, along with her same facial appearance. Barbara and Isaac live in the Luxury Palace, have no parents, and will not attend any school. Barbara and Isaac are also slightly taller than Gretel and Hansel. Lenora and Arthur attended Eastside Middle School and they are Kevin, Gretel, and Hansel's best friends. The Dotrice family are the Grant-Gomez family's best friends and live nearby, right next to their house.
Hansel will be voiced by Justin Felbinger (that voiced similarly to Huey Duck from "DuckTales 2017"), Barbara will be voiced by Amanda Leighton (that voiced similarly to Della Duck), Isaac will be voiced by Billy West (that voiced similarly to Milo Murphy), Lenora will be voiced by Angelica Hale (that voiced similarly to Della Duck), Arthur will be voiced by Troy Baker (that voiced similarly to Milo Murphy), and different actors will voice the Dotrice family members, featuring full speaking and singing roles in US English with American accent. Hansel, Lenora, and Arthur will join as new main characters, while Hansel being a superhero with superpowers and appears along with Gretel in every "Hamster & Gretel" Season 3 episode.
We have created a first concept image for Hansel wearing casual and superhero outfits, Barbara and Isaac in the second concept image, and Lenora and Arthur in the third concept image. Disney will finalize the characters' designs with careful and thoughtful consideration. Please note that the original concept elements are Disney's property.
13. Character Enhancements for "Milo Murphy's Law" Season 3:
- Restoring Bradley's plant-based arm and hand to their normal forms, and curing Milo and Martin to remove Hereditary Extreme Murphy's Law permanently through Anne's magical powers.
- Anne using her magical powers to cure Milo, Melissa, and Zack and permanently erasing fears of Chinese finger traps, rollercoasters, and fish with their associated memories for legal safety purposes.
- Anne helping "The Doctor Zone Files" fan characters (Wally, Kris, etc.) to arrange a grand reunion and apologize Sara.
- Introducing Ezra Clarke, Sofia Lindsay, and Alice Brightwood as Milo's new best friends and main characters.
- Adding the supporting characters—Balthazar Cavendish, Vinnie Dakota, Brick, Savannah, Mr. Block, Bob Block, Lydia, Neal, Sara Murphy, Brigette Murphy, Martin Murphy, Richard Chase, Eileen Underwood, and Marcus Underwood.
- Returning Lola Sunderguard, along with her friends and pet—who made a single appearance in "The Note"—as supporting characters appearing in most episodes. Lola's friends and pet are also planned to be recreated for "Milo & Violeta," following the same franchise standards.
- Officially revealing the full names of existing characters—Brick Wellington, Savannah Tachibana, George Block (Mr. Block), Laura "Melissa" Chase, Lydia Taylor, and Neal Washington.
14. New Characters for the "Danville" Franchise and "Milo Murphy's Law" Season 3:
- Violeta Viberly (Milo's new best friend, voiced by Kristen Bell) and Blonde Viberly (Diogee's new best friend) - from "Milo & Violeta" recreated as different versions, as new main characters appearing in most episodes.
- Mayer Murphy (also known as Matthew "Mayer" Jordan Murphy), a new character that was created by Anne Boonchuy matching Sara's build (size and height) and voiced by Al Yankovic. Unlike Milo, Mayer does not have Murphy's Law and bad luck. He will join the Murphy family—Sara, Brigette, Martin, Diogee, and Milo—and become true best friends with Zack and Melissa. Mayer will appear in most episodes as a main character, featuring a full speaking and singing role in US English with an American accent. This new character is also planned to be recreated for "Milo & Violeta," following the same franchise standards.
- Nine new characters in three groups—Mayer, Zack, and Melissa's best friends—Harry Porter (voiced by Jonathan Groff), Carol Tennant (voiced by Zachary Levi), and Hermione Louderman (voiced by Ashley Tisdale)—along with Elora Davenport, Jordan Price, and Elizabeth Mayweather—and Dylan Balenciaga, Luca Weatherwax, and Daphne Clairmont. These new characters, designed with Zack and Melissa's builds (sizes and heights), will appear as main characters in most episodes and feature full speaking and singing roles in US English with American accents.
- Tira Brighton (voiced by Paget Brewster) and Hennui Alderman (voiced by Tom Kenny)—from "Milo & Violeta" recreated as different versions, as new main characters and Violeta's best friends appearing in most episodes.
- Violeta and Blonde's family - from "Milo & Violeta" recreated as different versions, as supporting characters appearing in most episodes.
15. A New Location & Villains for "Milo Murphy's Law" Season 3:
- The main antagonists—Victor Verliezer, Colonel Niblet, and Lieutenant Tenant—live in their newly established palace lair. They find Milo and become his archenemies. Victor's true villainous nature will also be revealed, ruling over the Tri-State Area. In particular, Victor forbids Anne from seeing Milo, Ezra, Sofia, and Alice, matching the way Aunt Polly prevents Pollyanna from participating in the bazaar in the 1960 film "Pollyanna." These developments happen later in the series, not in the opening or first episode.
- Two animal villains—a Cyborg Bear and a Demonic Jezadale (a newly recreated Golden Lizalfos based on "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" that has a different sound and moves and runs at a normal speed, matching the show's art standards)—will team up to track down and successfully get revenge on Milo. Although Anne stops and attacks them with her powers, it is too late; Colonel Niblet and Lieutenant Tenant have already succeeded their goals for the Cyborg Bear and Demonic Jezadale after their failure in "The Mid-Afternoon Snack Club."
16. Increasing Character Appearances: Increasing the indefinite appearances of Anne Boonchuy and other characters from the series "Tri-State Area," "Danville," "Hamster & Gretel," "Milo Murphy's Law," and other related shows within the "Danville" franchise.
17. Main Concepts for "Tri-State Area" and "Danville":
- Set in the same universe with a crossover between "Milo Murphy's Law," "Hamster & Gretel," "Phineas and Ferb," and "Kick Buttowski: Suburban Daredevil."
- Focus on main storylines and real-world events only, with the main storyline exclusively focused on Anne.
- Have no dream sequences, side stories, and running gags.
- Includes individual Halloween and Christmas episodes in each series.
- Feature Anne Boonchuy as the main protagonist, but she will not appear in all episodes and she will be entirely absent from one episode.
- Dan Povenmire, Jeff "Swampy" Marsh, Francisco Angones, Matt Youngberg, and Sandro Cosaro are credited as the Creators in the opening titles and Executive Producers in the end credits.
- Characters' casual outfits remain accurate.
- Reuse the end credits design from "Hamster & Gretel."
18. Main Concepts for "Tri-State Area":
- Brenda Newcombe (voiced by Phillipa Soo) and Tyler Ridgeway (voiced by Justin Timberlake), as 18-year-old heroes (including one heroine) and American adults from "American Legacy," recreated in different versions that match the show's character art standards and Anne's build, wearing colorful outfits and living in the Luxury Palace, while Brenda wears a dress and has Lucy Turner's hairstyle. Brenda and Tyler become best friends with Anne, developing a strong relationship with her while easily knowing her name by calling "Anne Boonchuy," "Anne," or "Boonchuy." Brenda and Tyler will not attend any school. Their friendship with Anne develops later in the series, not in the opening or first episode.
- Baldemar Cartwright (known as Baldemar Taylor Cartwright, Balthazar Cavendish's second counterpart and recreation), Dakota Nightingale (known as Dakota Clarence Nightingale, Vinnie Dakota's second counterpart and recreation), Ryan Montclair (known as Ryan Jacob Montclair, Brick's second counterpart and recreation), Kimberly Beauregard (known as Kimberly Joyce Beauregard, Savannah's second counterpart and recreation), Orton Mahlson (a character recreation), and the Time Ape (a character recreation) as original American citizens. They serve as allies, heroes, heroines, high-level government employees, and expert time-travel agents that are authorized to travel back to any year and change the time carefully. Each character have different lives in their hometown setting within "Hamster & Gretel," and they are all voiced by the same actors in American English with original American accents. They become best friends with Anne while easily knowing her name by calling "Anne Boonchuy," "Anne," or "Boonchuy." These developments happen later in the series, not in the opening or first episode.
- Larry Newman (voiced by Martin Freeman, matching Ryan's build), Taylor Beaumont (voiced by Linda Larkin, matching Kimberly's build), Lincoln Granger (voiced by Francisco Angones, matching Baldemar's build), and Gregory Pendleton (voiced by Matt Youngberg, matching Dakota's build). These expert time-traveling agents, high-level government employees, original American citizens, allies, heroes, and heroines will join with the previously-mentioned time travel agents, live in the same hometown setting within "Hamster & Gretel," and become best friends with Anne, featuring full speaking and singing roles in an American-accented US English.
- "The Doctor Zone Files" from "Milo Murphy's Law" return as a real-life event.
- Sometimes, Anne Boonchuy, Baldemar Cartwright, and Dakota Nightingale will be together, and also with Anne's friends while the trio would go to 1955 to meet Orton and Professor Time.
- Introducing Ryan Montclair, Kimberly Beauregard, Lincoln Granger, Gregory Pendleton, Larry Newman, Taylor Beaumont, a recreated Orton Mahlson, a recreated Time Ape, George Block (Mr. Block), Bob Block, Mayer Murphy, Zack Underwood, and Melissa Chase, alongside Mayer, Zack, and Melissa's best friends as new supporting characters.
- Featuring Victor Verliezer, Colonel Niblet, and Lieutenant Tenant as new main antagonists taking control of the Tri-State Area/Danville. This storyline also introduces a new, different initiative similar to the Pistachion takeovers depicted in "Missing Milo," "Fungus Among Us," and "The Phineas and Ferb Effect" from "Milo Murphy's Law" but without unwanted things similar to plant transformations and the M.U.L.C.H. machine.
- Introducing Milo Murphy, Ezra Clarke, Sofia Lindsay, Alice Brightwood, Violeta Viberly, Tira Brighton, Hennui Alderman, and other "Hamster & Gretel," "Phineas and Ferb," and "Kick Buttowski: Suburban Daredevil" characters as recurring characters.
- "Anne's World" is the first episode, "Empowerment Life" is the second episode, "Role Play" is the third episode, "Boonchuy Book" is the fourth episode, and "Celebratory Boonchuy" is the 24th episode.
- Anne (as the lead singer), Brenda, and Tyler sing the popular "Phineas and Ferb" song "I Believe We Can" (reusing the full instrumental track) together in the outdoor concert during evening.
19. A Main Concept for "Danville": Milo Murphy (along with his backpack and Hereditary Extreme Murphy's Law), Ezra Clarke, Sofia Lindsay, and Alice Brightwood are completely absent throughout the "Danville" show. They are not mentioned or pictured.
20. Important Proposal: Approval of our important proposal from the informational image, based on the detailed description provided in our petition:
21. Main Characters & Cast for "Tri-State Area" and "Danville" (Appearing In Most Episodes):
- Anne Boonchuy (voiced by Brenda Song)

- Baldemar Cartwright (voiced by Jeff "Swampy" Marsh)
- Dakota Nightingale (voiced by Dan Povenmire)
- Eliza Roy (voiced by Angelica Hale)
- Dale Loveland (voiced by Troy Baker)
- Jordan Miranda (voiced by Michael Cimino)
- Taylor Joyce (voiced by Meli Povenmire)
- Leo Campbell (voiced by Justin Felbinger)
- Barbara Hathaway (voiced by Amanda Leighton)
- Isaac Appleton (voiced by Billy West)
22. Supporting Characters for "Danville" (Appearing In Most Episodes): Ryan Montclair, Kimberly Beauregard, Larry Newman, Taylor Beaumont, Lincoln Granger, Gregory Pendleton, a recreated Orton Mahlson, a recreated Time Ape, George Block, Bob Block, Violeta Viberly, Tira Brighton, Hennui Alderman, Violeta's family, Lola's friends and pet, Mayer Murphy, Zack Underwood, Melissa Chase, Lydia Taylor, Neal Washington, Mayer's family (without Milo), Richard Chase, Eileen Underwood, Marcus Underwood, alongside Mayer, Zack, and Melissa's best friends.
23. Theme Song for "Tri-State Area" and "Danville":
- Brenda Song, as the voice of Anne Boonchuy, will perform the opening, ending (reusing "Milo Murphy's Law" Season 1's version), and extended versions of the theme song "It's My World and We're All Living In It." The lyrics will be edited to match the new character, replacing Milo Murphy and removing all his vocals and speaking voices.
- These versions will be remixed with orchestral arrangements, requiring music project duplications before the production can proceed. All vocal and full instrumental versions (without all vocals and vocal-following instruments) will also be released in a physical and digital EP album, along with audio videos on the "DisneyMusicVEVO" YouTube channel, where they will remain permanently available with no plans for discontinuation or removal.
24. Official Announcements:
- Officially announcing Anne Boonchuy as the rightful character and main protagonist in "Tri-State Area," "Danville," and other Disney productions, establishing that Danville/Tri-State Area is originally Anne's world where everyone lives in it—not Milo Murphy's. In "Tri-State Area," Anne overpowers Milo Murphy, Ezra Clarke, Sofia Lindsay, and Alice Brightwood, as confirmed through official channels.
- Officially announcing that Anne Boonchuy will rightfully appear in a "Tri-State Area" episode that was set during the events of "Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Candace Against the Universe" through official channels. This appearance follows the removal of a scene from the movie that originally featured Milo Murphy, making Anne's inclusion a true replacement that enhances the crossover between the series.
25. Restoring Balthazar Cavendish and Vinnie Dakota's Time-Traveling Abilities in "Tri-State Area":
- The main plot in "Tri-State Area" involves restoring Balthazar Cavendish and Vinnie Dakota's time-travel abilities and restoring them in their previous positions following an apology from George (Mr. Block) and following promotion to high-level government employees (just like Brick and Savannah) while returning their original home. This includes a detailed, extended, unedited flashback sequence showing Balthazar Cavendish and Vinnie Dakota in George's office, leading to a supreme tribunal featuring the three judges above, leading to their prohibition from time travel and following banishment to the past, while including new scenes and dialogues, with adding all Balthazar Cavendish and Vinnie Dakota sequences from "Snow Way Out" in "Milo Murphy's Law" without any changes or cuts.
- In the present time, the official Tri-State Area government agent with Anne will tell George, suspecting that Milo Murphy was truly responsible for these disastrous consequences—marked by several constant failures (especially the ruined pistachios) and catastrophic incidents. Now together, the official Tri-State Area government agent, Anne, and George work together to find a way to stop Milo once and for all, solving a problem for the greater good. After successfully achieving their goal, George, the official Tri-State Area government agent, Brick, and Savannah honor Anne's efforts by graduating her and granting her permission to visit the Time Travel Bureau anytime.
26. Planning An Important Plot Development for a "Tri-State Area" Episode, Accompanied By An Official Announcement:
- In the episode, Anne explains that "overexcitement" can be truly excessive, defining "excessive" as something seriously bad or negative—more than what is normal, reasonable, or necessary.
- Anne tells the audience that in "Fungus Among Us" from "Milo Murphy's Law," set outside Balsawood Studios in 1965, Milo spends two hours discussing ideas with Orton. When Orton finally accepts Milo's ideas, Milo becomes overexcited—even after seeing the Time Ape at Balsawood Studios.
- Anne announces that the official Tri-State Area government agent has reported that Milo's overexcitement was revealed to be excessive and led to negative consequences, describing it as needless, harmful, illegal, disrespectful, and insulting. She also explains that no one had ever showed such an extreme level of overexcitement before.
27. Official "Fungus Among Us" Artwork for "Milo Murphy's Law": Creating and permanently releasing an official "Fungus Among Us" artwork (text-free) in its original 4K resolution on "phineasandferb.com" without image noise, as depicted in the attached concept image. This initiative was planned during the production of "Milo Murphy's Law" Season 3 episodes before their release. Please note that the attached image has been vectorized and edited by us; however, the original concept elements are the property of Disney.
28. A 24th "Danville" Episode Titled "Draining Life": Featuring Anne walking outside alone sadly until she saw the mess left and unattended outside Jefferson County Middle School and cleans it up. The sky remains the same gray appearance as seen in the attached image above, a natural occurrence that was unrelated to fungal spores. At the end of the episode, Anne feels happy as she sleeps in her bed, warmly covered by her blanket in the evening. This new episode is set two days after the events of "Missing Milo" in "Milo Murphy's Law."
29. Two Extended Special Episodes + Concepts for "Danville":
- "Heroic Anne" (Episode 34, a recreation of "Missing Milo" in "Milo Murphy's Law") and "Dramatic Life" (Episode 35, a remade version of "Fungus Among Us" in "Milo Murphy's Law") featuring event replays with several changes, different beginnings, and happy endings.
- Anne, the main protagonist, replaces Milo (who was completely absent), accompanied by all her friends.
- Both episodes displaying the same gray sky environment seen in the referenced image above, representing a natural phenomenon unrelated to fungal spores.
- Outside Balsawood Studios in 1965, Anne speaks to Orton (an original "Milo Murphy's Law" counterpart) shortly, not for two hours. She remains patient without being overexcited. Anne also didn't tell the ideas to Orton.
- Several changes including Anne, Cavendish, Dakota (an original "Milo Murphy's Law" counterpart), and Orton (an original "Milo Murphy's Law" counterpart) traveling back to the correct present time without any time juice leaking from the time vehicle. This happens in "Dramatic Life" after Anne quickly presses the button after entering the time vehicle, which then disappears unharmed before the pistachions can attack it.
- Reusing the official "Fungus Among Us" artwork for "Dramatic Life."
30. "Hamster & Gretel" Season 3 Enhancements:
- Featuring Anne Boonchuy, Baldemar Cartwright, and Dakota Nightingale as new main characters.
- Introducing Ryan Montclair, Kimberly Beauregard, Larry Newman, Taylor Beaumont, Lincoln Granger, Gregory Pendleton, George Block, Bob Block, Mayer Murphy, Zack Underwood, and Melissa Chase, along with Mayer, Zack, and Melissa's best friends as new supporting characters.
- Featuring Victor Verliezer, Colonel Niblet, and Lieutenant Tenant as new main antagonists taking control of the Tri-State Area/Danville.
31. Creator Assignment: Assigning Francisco Angones, Matt Youngberg, Sandro Cosaro, and the "Kick Buttowski: Suburban Daredevil" creative team to create and release "Tri-State Area" and "Danville," along with "Milo Murphy's Law" and "Hamster & Gretel" Season 3, according to Dan Povenmire and Jeff "Swampy" Marsh's supervisions, without shortening them. This approach allows Dan Povenmire, Jeff "Swampy" Marsh, and their creative team to continue focusing on their current "Phineas and Ferb" revival project.
32. New Music Composers: Recommending Dominic Lewis and Andy Sturmer as the music composers for "Tri-State Area," "Danville," the "Hamster & Gretel" Season 1 revival, and "Milo Murphy's Law" and "Hamster & Gretel" Season 3, following a same "DuckTales 2017" style but without any horror or suspense themes—specifically having no suspenseful violin effects associated with horror, such as the "increasing horror violin suspense sound effect." Some existing non-horror/suspenseful music from "DuckTales 2017," including tracks like the one accompanying the Waddle tour in "The Infernal Internship of Mark Beaks!", could also be reused. This allows Danny Jacob to continue his original music work for the "Phineas and Ferb" revival, and he would also join Dominic Lewis and Andy Sturmer for composing music scores in the same "DuckTales 2017" style.
33. Promotional Materials: Include all main, supporting, and recurring characters, along with main villains, in the promotional materials for "Tri-State Area" and "Danville," along with the "Hamster & Gretel" Season 1 revival and "Hamster & Gretel" and "Milo Murphy's Law" Season 3. This will feature an official poster showing the full cast of characters from all episodes.
34. Three Promotional Videos: The first video stars Brenda Song with Phillipa Soo and the second one features Brenda Song with Sabrina Carpenter, while the third one includes Brenda Song, Phillipa Soo, and Justin Timberlake. These videos highlight the upcoming "Tri-State Area," "Danville," and their new dramatic themes, along with the "Hamster & Gretel" Season 1 revival and "Milo Murphy's Law" and "Hamster & Gretel" Season 3. These videos will be uploaded to YouTube permanently without removals.
35. Conclusion & Demands: We demand an immediate action, forbidding any delay or criticism, and preventing negative consequences, including damage to Disney's reputation and fan dissatisfaction. We frame our suggestions as "non-negotiable demands."
36. Disclaimer on Existing Petition: Our proposal recognizes and separates itself from an existing "Make a Season 3 of Milo Murphy's Law (MML)" petition. We encourage Disney to review the provided link and verify its validity. We worry that this petition may not be carefully created and could be easily discredited or invalidated. We clarify that we did not start this petition and that this account does not belong to us.
Unfortunately, still ignoring or rejecting our whole demand through a passive-aggressive behavior without valid justifications risks harming Disney's loyal fanbase, damaging the company's reputation, and losing hard-earned goodwill. We must address this repeating pattern of ignorance and seriously consider this whole proposal to avoid potentially serious and unintended consequences.

We also propose a complete plan to expand the "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" franchise by adding and remastering elements from the "Danville" franchise, strengthening a shared Disney universe.
Main Parts:
1. New Additions:
- Remastering and permanent including new several previously-requested Disney animated shows—such as "Tri-State Area," "Danville," and "Playtime"—as Disney+ originals, all rated G by the MPAA. These shows are set within the remastered "Danville" universe and will be featured in "Amphibia: Definitive Edition | Volume 2," as part of the "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" collection. The collection will display the "Angelic Enchantment" background art style and strictly prohibit any shrieking and squealing for all characters.
- Remastering and permanently including all "Milo Murphy's Law" and "Hamster & Gretel" episodes in "Amphibia: Definitive Edition | Volume 2" within the "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" collection.
2. Universe Connections: Confirming that the whole remastered "Danville" universe is connected to the "Milo & Violeta" franchise through official channels.
3. Artwork Remaster: Remastering and permanently releasing the "Fungus Among Us" artwork in a 4K resolution and a 2:20:1 aspect ratio without image noise on "amphibiadefinitiveedition.com." This artwork is the same as the one we've previously requested (from the attached image above), planned during the production of "Milo Murphy's Law" Season 3 episodes and before their Disney+ release.
4. "Anne Boonchuy's World" Series (Disney+ Original):
- Development and release of a new Disney+ original single-season show and accompanying illustrated storybooks, "Anne Boonchuy's World," featuring Anne Boonchuy (voiced by Brenda Song) as the main protagonist and a fearless hero/heroine keeping her same appearance as seen in "Tri-State Area" and "Danville"—exclusively as part of "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" and following the franchise's established standards.
- This series recreates events from "Milo Murphy's Law" and feature new storylines, over 58 episodes, and a happy ending without "Murphy's Lard," "The Llama Incident," "Sick Day," "Fungus Among Us," and Season 2 episodes.
- While Anne will be the protagonist, she will not appear in all episodes and she will be entirely absent from one episode.
- Milo Murphy (along with his backpack and Hereditary Extreme Murphy's Law), Ezra Clarke, Sofia Lindsay, and Alice Brightwood are effectively removed from this whole story.
- Existing main and supporting characters from "Danville" (without the selected original copied "Milo Murphy's Law" and "Hamster & Gretel" counterparts) will be featured and branded as main characters, voiced by their original actors, with random appearances.
- Laura's name will be used for Melissa Chase that defines "Laura Chase."
- The name "Laura" will be used throughout the show, not "Melissa."
- Zack and Laura will not be romantic couples.
- Characters will not have plant transformations and the M.U.L.C.H. machine (as seen in "The Phineas and Ferb Effect" from "Milo Murphy's Law").
- Time travel abilities will remain accurately accessible throughout the series.
- All the Pistachions will be completely defeated, leaving none remaining in the time stream.
5. Musical Additions:
- Using the full instrumental version of "A Very Good Mind," featuring Brenda Song as Anne Boonchuy, in "Anne Boonchuy's World," "Tri-State Area," "Danville," and the "Best Friends Forever" episode from "Hamster & Gretel" Season 1.
- Reusing the remixed version of "It's My World and We're All Living In It" from "Tri-State Area" and "Danville" as the theme song for "Anne Boonchuy's World," featuring three different versions.
Goals:
- Enhance and expand the Disney universe by connecting existing properties officially.
- Offer fans a remade story focused on Anne Boonchuy.
- Potentially enhance interest in "Milo Murphy's Law" and "Hamster & Gretel" through cross-promotion. Please note that "cross-promotion" means "when two or more companies promote each other's products or services."
Current Status:
- Our proposal, titled "Create and Release a New Disney Franchise Collection – Amphibia: Definitive Edition," is submitted and awaiting immediate approval from Disney.
- Our proposal is presented as our matched, interconnected petition, "Create and Release Disney's Other 'Legendary Celebration' Franchise Projects," awaiting immediate approval from Disney.
- Although Anne Boonchuy is a standard Disney character created by The Walt Disney Company within the "Danville" franchise, she will have the same status in the "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" franchise.

Urgency:
- We directly request an immediate approval, claiming that the continued rejection of our petition risks reputational damage and harms Disney's relationship with its fanbase.
Unfortunately, Disney's ongoing dismissal or absence of engagement with our petition risks damaging its relationship with its loyal fanbase and could lead to serious reputational harm. An immediate and respectful response is important. Continued ignorance or rejection of our petition may result in serious, lasting consequences that could lost the goodwill that Disney has worked hard to establish.
--
We propose creating an official 16:9 widescreen, text-free "Tri-State Area" poster featuring Anne Boonchuy, Brenda Newcombe, Tyler Ridgeway, Eliza Roy, Dale Loveland, Jordan Miranda, and Elara Goodheart in their same poses and positions, styled similarly to the "Milo Murphy's Law" and "Phineas and Ferb" crossover poster. This new poster will be permanently displayed on "phineasandferb.com" during the development of the "Tri-State Area" series and before its release. Additionally, we recommend remastering this poster and the "Milo Murphy's Law" and "Phineas and Ferb" crossover one for the "Amphibia: Definitive Edition" franchise and permanently featuring them on "amphibiadefinitiveedition.com."
We propose using the best subtitle style, feature, and option for all new proposed and previously-requested Disney productions, as demonstrated below:
NOTE: The image included in our petition contains three copyrighted Disney images sourced from Google and is not owned by us. It is used strictly according to the "Fair Use" guidelines, and we have secured the necessary license to respect the rights of the original owners. We do not claim ownership of the image; it is included only for "Fair Use" purposes.

NOTE: Our petition has been carefully crafted to follow Change.org's "community guidelines" and "terms of service" fully. It contains no defamatory or libelous content, impersonations, spam, or any other inappropriate elements. These careful steps have been taken to prevent unwarranted flagging or removal, ensuring our petition meets all necessary criteria and has gathered huge support and agreement. With strong respect and care, our petition has appropriateness and legality. It has demonstrated integrity and received huge support, highlighting its importance and validity. We remain agreed to protecting our rights and advancing the success of this cause. Just as Disney aims to create the happiest place on Earth, we seek to develop a positive and meaningful change through our thoughtfully prepared and carefully considered petition.
Our purpose in creating these notes is to reveal the truth about our petition, carefully designed, legally validated, and properly implemented to protect our cause from unjustified flagging and unwarranted removal.

3

- Brenda Newcombe (voiced by Phillipa Soo)
- Tyler Ridgeway (voiced by Justin Timberlake)
