I am starting the petition to save the lives of the people who are in love with memes (basically everyone). The problem i would like to address is the article 11 and article 13 of the EU due to which meme pages will not be given money due to the bots set by the EU on each website that will see copyrights and will ban them. Big meme pages like 9gag post memes that are made by other people BUT they give credit to the people. BY THIS PETITION, AND YOUR HELP I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST THE EU TO REMOVE ARTICLE 13 AND 11.
