DESCIMINATION AND INEQUALITY

DESCIMINATION AND INEQUALITY
The Issue
- Discrimination is a negative word that keeps inequality alive!!! Despite of our race, nationality, country, wealth, gender, religion, belief, sex, gender, language, sexual orientation, gender identity, sex characteristics, age, health, or other status, we all have the right to be treated equally. When a person is denied the opportunity to exercise their human rights or other legal rights on an equal basis with others due to an arbitrary distinction imposed in practice, law, or policy, this is known as discrimination. The non-discrimination principle serves as the foundation for Amnesty International's operations. To ensure that everyone can exercise their rights equally, we challenge discriminatory laws and practices in collaboration with communities around the world. The issue of an unequal and/or inequitable distribution of opportunities and resources among the individuals who make up a society is referred to as inequality.
Inequality that can be observed both within and between social groupings have gained attention from the general public in recent years.Learn to approach everything in your life with an intersectorial mindset. We were all equally created by God, so show consideration for everyone you could come into contact with in the future or treat people with respect like our parents trained us to do, and avoid from treating them differently just because they don't fit your standards. NO!!!
✅ KEY FORMS OF DISCRIMINATION AND INEQUALITY THAT DESERVES TO UNDERSTAND AND RESPECT
Racial and ethnic discrimination - Racism influences almost every country in the world. Individuals are frequently denied their full human rights due to their color, race, ethnicity, ancestry (including caste), or country of origin.
Discrimination against lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex (LGBTI) people - Based on who they love, are attracted to, and who they are, people encounter discrimination everywhere they go. Lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and intersex (LGBTI) individuals run the risk of experiencing unfair treatment in many areas of their lives, including employment, housing, and access to healthcare, as well as
harassment and physical violence.
Discrimination against non-nationals, sometimes known as xenophobia - Politicians who are looking for outcasts for a country's social or economic problems frequently incite racism or superiority complexes towards outsiders.
Gender discrimination - In the world, there are several laws, customs, practices, and beliefs that deny women and girls their rights. Several nations, including Saudi Arabia and Iran, forbid women from wearing whatever they like, working at night, or obtaining a loan without their husband's permission (Equatorial Guinea). Discriminatory laws in many countries place restrictions on a woman's ability to divorce, possess property, exercise self-determination, and protect herself from harassment.
Discrimination based on disability - Up to ten percent of people on the earth are disabled. But in many countries, people with disabilities face stigma, are shunned, and are treated with pity or fear.
