We, the undersigned, emphatically, encourage Governor Ron DeSantis, the honorable governor of Florida, to remove Levy county. Florida circuit. Judge Craig DeThomasis from his appointed bench.

In his short time serving, judge DeThomasis, took on the case of YouTube, personality, Jeremy Hales of the channel at WhattheHale$. In that case, as denied Mr. Hales, his first, second, fourth, fifth, sixth and 10th amendment rights.

The denial of these rights came about of lies that have yet to be adjudicated. Judge Craig DeThomasis temporary injunctions have been routinely continued without due process.

Additionally, what appears to be an acquaintance of the Judge contacted the YouTuber and Attorney Larry Forman, @TheDUIGuyPlus, and threatened him with a Bar complaint. The appearance of impropriety of that alone warrants his removal until such time as his impartiality can be reestablished.
