The Issue

The Islamic Republic's dictatorship is responsible for horrific acts of massacre and terror not only within Iran but also affecting Israel and communities worldwide. These acts of violence and oppression leave deep scars on humanity and society as a whole. Yet, numerous agents and key perpetrators of these crimes, like Mr. Mojarrad and his children, Samaneh, Mahdi, and Fatemeh, who have embezzled billions of dollars from public funds, manage to live freely and comfortably in the United States. This is an egregious injustice that insults the memory of the victims and compromises the integrity of justice.

It is imperative that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the U.S. Department of State take stronger measures to prevent these human rights abusers and their enforcers from residing in the United States.

Most importantly, these viscous people who have already gained residence in the U.S. such as Mr. Mojarrad and his family must be investigated and deported. There needs to be a rigorous process to identify and block these individuals from finding sanctuary on American soil, thereby ensuring that justice is not only done but seen to be done.

Evidence reveals that the Islamic Republic's enforcers engage in systematic oppression and violent crackdowns on dissent, utilizing torture and other human rights abuses as tools of suppression. Allowing entry or CPNTINUED RESIDENCE and CITIZENSHIP to these individuals undermine the foundational principles of human rights that the United States must uphold. With stronger enforcement, we can prevent torturers, perpetrators, and public thieves from escaping accountability and living with impunity in the U.S.

The U.S. government has a responsibility to protect its citizens and uphold global human rights values. Closing the doors to these violators and DEPORTING THEM is a crucial step towards a more just and secure environment. By signing this petition, you are urging the DHS and State Department to tighten their vetting processes and enforce policies that block human rights abusers from entering the country. Together, we can make a significant impact in the fight against injustice and uphold the values of freedom and dignity for all.

Please sign this petition to demand action and hold human rights violators accountable. Let us protect the sanctity of justice in our nation and honor the memory of those who have suffered under tyranny.
