Hamideh Bitaraf in US (Daughter of Habibollah Bitaraf)

Deport Hamideh Bitaraf from US soil. She is daughter of Habibollah Bitaraf who was one of the student leaders involved in the 1979 takeover of the US Embassy in Tehran, part of the group known as the Muslim Student Followers of the Imam's Line. He was a key figure in the 444-day crisis that resulted in a break in diplomatic relations between the US and Iran. Role in Takeover: Bitaraf, along with others was among the key student leaders at the Tehran university level. The Incident: On November 4, 1979, the group stormed the U.S. Embassy in Tehran, seizing 66 Americans (eventually 52 were held for the full duration). He is one of top officials in Islamic Republic regime for years. He was Minister of Energy for 8 years & his poor performance led to lack of energy in Iran infrastructure & Deputy Minister of Oil & Petroleum & strongly involved in export of Iranian Crude Oil & supplying financial for Terrorist groups. Presence of this family in US is a potential threat & pain for Iranian people.
