Jingky Miraflores Avelino Carpio has been required to appear on August 7 and 14, 2023, before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor of Cavite under NPS Docket No. IV-03-INV-23G-1215 for RA 8042 (Illegal Recruitment) & ESTAFA.    She, and three others, failed to do so.

On Facebook, she is using the handle name: Queen Bugris - Iloy Bugris, to influence netizens in Western Visayas and Ilonggos working abroad.  Her contents (live discussions) are centered on mockery, disdain, hatred, anger, and envy versus anyone that stands against her opinion & behavior, as well as her scams on recruitment for overseas employment. 

Also, she has been asking public funds from her followers for alleged charity works, sans a Solicitation Permit from the Social Welfare Department for accountability and transparency. 

She is an evil-influencer, a peddler of hate, and purveyor of social chaos. 

Deport her back to the Philippines.  Her victims are awaiting justice.
