The Issue

We, concerned users of TikTok, call upon the platform to take IMMEDIATE ACTION TO FIRMLY REINFORCE Tiktok community standards to DEPLATFORM Patrick Jeanty Jr., a CONVICTED CHILD ABUSER, that PLED GUILTY TO BREAKING MULTIPLE BONES of his 6 WK OLD BABY SON BY SHAKING THE BABY UPSIDE DOWN BY HIS ANKLES VIOLENTLY, which caused an INFECTION IN 1 OF HIS SEVERELY FRACTURED FOREARMS due to NEGLECT OF SEEKING IMMEDIATE MEDICAL ATTENTION CAUSING HIM TO SUFFER EXCRUCIATING PAIN FOR OVER 6 - 7 WEEKS BEFORE FINALLY RECEIVING TREATMENT FOR HIS SEVERE INJURIES SUSTAINED BY his "biological father", Patrick Jeanty Jr.  Also, Patrick Jeanty Jr. caused a 2 INCH LACERATION TO to his other 8 MONTH OLD SON'S FACE, either by utilizing a SHARP OBJECT OR USING BLUNT FORCE TRAUMA THAT HE TRIED TO HIDE WITH A BANDAID BEFORE SENDING HIM TO DAYCARE THE FOLLOWING MORNING AFTER THE HORRID INCIDENT. He ONLY RECEIVED A SENTENCE OF 27 DAYS TIME SERVED AND 1 YEAR PROBATION FOR HIS EGREGIOUS ACTIONS TOWARDS HIS OWN BABY SONS.

Patrick Jeanty Jr. has also caused a HOSTILE ENVIRONMENT on AND OFFLINE Tiktok by DOXXING other people's FAMILIES ADDRESSES, SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS, THREATENED to "kill" other Tiktok users, INCITED BLATANTLY TOLD NUMEROUS PEOPLE to COMMIT SUICIDE by CYBERBULLYING AND INTIMIDATION TACTICS USING CULT/GANG ORGANIZATIONS, like the CULT known as the "Llamas", spearheaded by their SELF PROCLAIMED "leader" known as "Da Cappa" a.k.a. YOLANDA MARIE DENNIS CASTRO that "sends orders" to her CULT/GANG MEMBERS to TROLL, HARASS, THREATEN OR DOX ANYONE THAT OPPOSES Patrick Jeanty Jr. AND ANY OTHER CHILD ABUSERS LIKE HIM, INCLUDING THEIR FAMILIES' INFORMATION, BY USING TERRORISTIC THREATS. All individuals or groups who have been CONVICTED of CHILD ABUSE, INCITE VIOLENCE, or CREATE A HOSTILE ENVIRONMENT SHOULD BE PERMANENTLY BANNED IMMEDIATELY PER TIKTOK GUIDELINES. We believe that TikTok has a responsibility to protect its users from harmful content and ensure a safe online community for everyone.

Child abuse is an abhorrent crime that causes lifelong trauma for its victims. According to the National Children's Alliance (NCA), approximately 700,000 children are abused in the United States each year. By allowing convicted child abusers to have a presence on TikTok, we risk exposing vulnerable individuals to potential harm and perpetuating an unsafe environment.

Violent cults, like the "Llamas" and their "leader" YOLANDA MARIE DENNIS CASTRO a.k.a "Da Cappa", or any other gangs that use TikTok as a platform for recruitment pose SIGNIFICANT THREATS TO SOCIETY. These groups often promote DANGEROUS IDEOLOGIES and engage in criminal activities such as drug trafficking, human trafficking, and organized violence. The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) reports that there are over 1,000 active hate groups in the United States alone. Allowing these groups access to TikTok amplifies their reach and influence among impressionable users.

TikTok must prioritize user safety by implementing stricter policies against those who have been convicted of child abuse or promote violence through cult-like behavior or gang-related activities. By deplatforming these individuals or groups from the app entirely:

1. We protect potential victims from being exposed to harmful content.
2. We prevent convicted offenders from using TikTok as a tool for further manipulation.
3. We create an inclusive environment where users can freely express themselves without fear of harassment or intimidation.

We acknowledge that freedom of speech is important; however, it should not be used as a shield for those who actively engage in criminal behavior or incite violence against others.

We urge TikTok to take immediate action by implementing stricter content moderation policies, conducting thorough background checks on users, and collaborating with law enforcement agencies to identify and remove convicted child abusers, violent cults, and gangs from the platform.

Together, let's create a safer TikTok community where creativity thrives without compromising the well-being of its users. Sign this petition to demand that TikTok deplatform all convicted child abusers, violent cults, and gangs who incite violence or create a hostile environment.
