Government is determined me to move everyone to Universal Credit. Existing claimants are not been given a choice to decide whether to move to Universal Credit.   This is a breach of fundamental Human Rights of the citizen. 

The Government knowing that the hated Universal Credit is punitive is causing hardship on so many people, especially the children who have seen their allowance reduced under the sanctions. 

The Government should give Child Tax credit,  Disability allowance and other claimants a CHOICE.
