Who Am I? and Who are WE... I'm a Soldier's daughter...

My father is a dedicated father with a "Purple Heart" for bravery. He was awarded the "Purple Heart" for his service to his country during the Vietnam era.  For over 365 days, my father was systematically abused by the West Haven Connecticut VA probate court and the abuse is on-going. Through a series of  Jim Crow practices, a built in feature of procedures and practices designed to isolate the veteran, create psychological unrest and eliminate family support my father was abused repeatedly. You may ask yourself, why? Why would the VA Probate Court violate judicial process to involuntarily commit a black man against his will: "Profit." I urge you to read my petition in its entirety with an open mind and in doing so-please remember to accept the truth for understanding, not shame or blame. Through a series of strategic steps designed to reduce a veterans status to an "indigent" with a specific goal of  seizing the veterans  property and acquiring any and all of their assets my father was brutalized by independent mechanisms acting as one:  a judge, lawyers, social workers and doctors within the probate court system. These mechanisms are interactive and interconnected and they reinforce one another with a specific goal of marginalizing the veteran. This 1st step in the process of dehumanization is most notable because it creates the most psychological damage to the veteran.  Can you remember a time when you were "removed from your family and friends? How did it make you feel? Abandoned, reduced and alone. Imagine you were a 70 year old senior in debilitating health, suffering from psychological trauma  from your service in a war and you were involuntarily committed against your will.  

To date the Probate Court and the VA, have violated my legal rights--they appointed the same corrupt entity from the West Haven VA court who attempted to murder my father and seize his assets: Vince Gallo to continue to steal his benefits. During this national global pandemic , the worst of humanity has manipulated the legal system, the social security administration and the Veterans Administration. Theses institutions are suppose to empower veterans and their families and these institutions have joined forces to destroy veterans and their families lives for profit.  Why would the VA do this? Quid Pro Quo. VA employees have extensive history of stealing assets, benefits and money in the million dollar range from veterans. This is unconscionable.  --- for over 100 years this great nation that we are apart has preyed on the most vulnerable. It has to stop now! If you believe in equality and justice for all--Join me!
