It is has been observed that in most of the rainy times at Magoebasklof, the road R71 become too slippery and as a result a number of accident occur.  This is as a result of road surface type used on this mountaineous terrain. We would like the Department of Roads & Transport to attend to this problem as  can be a death threat. 

Taking an observation of the recent rains of 31 October 2019 and 1 November 2019, and many others that were occurred previously  this should be attended with urgency.
