Maryborough man Jesse Lee James who violently attacked a two-year-old girl, leaving her with a broken back and pelvis, along with a paralyzed bowel could soon walk free after he was given immediate parole eligibility. I am calling on the Department of Public Prosecutions to appeal the sentence, which I feel is grossly inadequate and not in line with community expectations.
