Rape cases tend to be judged and completed by the society  and some influential "Gender Based Organisations", before the actual prosecution takes place, as a result many people are victim of being sentenced yet they were falsely accused.Recently we saw Andile Mthimkhulu who spent 10 years in jail after having been falsely accused by an unmentioned woman and that case is not isolated case , there are many other cases of that nature; but it has been made normal for man to be treated as always monsters as result , when a man faces brutality whether from the state or from a woman nobody cares, because in South Africa only "a woman is a victim and a man is always predator",Yes many reported cases of gender based .violence are perpetuated by men and we must highly condemn such occurrences, and equally  we must acknowledge that not every reported case is a true story of what actually happened.

The are even GENDER BASED VIOLENCE Campaigns and Organisations but it is very rare for them to stand and say no, when a man is being victimized. A black man was killed inside his house in Hilbrow nobody exclaimed, because the life of a man doesn't matter, men are even doubting that they still have rights in their beloved country, because even the law enforcement and judiciary who were supposed to be arbitrators tend to be bias.My brother almost got sentenced for a rape he did not do because a lady was influenced by other women to report him only because he was cheating on her, not that he was right but for his future to be ruined because he made something wrong that is not even recognized as crime in the South African constitution can never be right, luckily the lady's conscience worked and she dropped the charges before the case became strong.A man was brutally killed at University of Forthare University  school residence by a woman not even one media house was interested in that story.

Men demand the restoration of their rights.Woman who takes advantage of the system and falsely accuse a man of rape he did not do,  must be sentenced 15 years in jail. Rape cases must be strongly investigated before any judgement can take place.If it happens that man gets falsely accused and sentenced the state must compensate him for the lost time and damage of reputation; moreover the prosecution team must be investigated and  sentenced. No-one must go to jail for something they did not do. Every case must be scrutinized is such that only the truth will make judgement.The society must start to acknowledge that not every case is exactly what the other party has presented there are always two sides of the story. Tomorrow it will be your brother, your cousin,your son or you will it be right? the answer is NO NO NO NO NO lets act now and change tomorro .
