Many don't want to wear a mask during the covid outbreaks we are experiencing in the u.s. A solution would be to require people who don't want to wear a mask to sign a waiver that if they don't wear a mask and get covid and give to other people, they would be required to pay the covid medical expenses of anyone they infect and if they cause death they are responsible for funeral expenses and a penalty if it causes hardship on someone's family for the virus they gave someone simply because they chose the right to not wear a mask. This is fair and still allows them not to wear one but requires them to a waiver that they understand the consequences if they get the virus and give it to others they are responsible for. Please share this petition to have the doj introduce this waiver option no-maskers should sign.
