Remove predatory practices from Springfield and Chatham Illinois area

The Issue

Middle to low income communities have a challenge with not only every day life but economics. They are the primary targets for predatory lenders and unusual lending practices. If will come together one step at a time maybe we can help people in the long run. Our first step is to bar pre-calulated interest loans. Companies have created something called interest adjusted loans. This allow the company to charge the entire amount of interest on loans before the time accrues. They list principle and combined interest as account balance so there is no consideration of early payments. Second step is to bar kill switches in cars. Some car dealers place a kill switch in the finances vehicle so when the payment is not in, they turn off the vehicle. Not only is this dangerous it is very inconsiderate. Let's force them to compete in free market and stop creating bad loans
