Gavin Newsom was serving on the San Francisco Board of Supervisors and under Oath to uphold the Law, at the time he attended and participated in the "Assisted Suicide" of Tessa Menzies, his Mother, along with his Sister, Hillary. That was a Felony.

This was said to have occurred in May 2002, in the City of San Francisco within the State of California.

In May 2002 in San Fransisco and the entire State of California Assisted Suicides were still illegal.  That did not change until June 2016, and then under specific circumstances only. Therefore, said "Assisted Suicide" was a Felony and should have been considered Murder and/or an "accessory to murder" on the part of both Gavin Newsom and his Sister, Hillary.There is no statute of limitations on Murder.

The U.S. Constitution clearly states that no Man is above the Law. We are a Nation of Laws, not of Man. No Man is above the Law.

At the present time, it "appears" Gavin Newsom has been held to be an exception and held to be above the Law, for the past 18 years because of who he is.

Therfore, I believe this should be thoroughly looked into, and Investigated by the DOJ or any other more proper Agency, and if warranted Gavin Newsom should be arrested, indicted and prosecuted for same. The same is true for his Sister, Hillary. I don't know if there were others in attendance. If there were then the same holds true for them.

It appears Gavin Newsom "admitted" to his apparent Crime in an Interview with Michael Cook of The New Yorker on Nov. 5, 2018. It also appears that his own neglect for his Mother lead her  decision to commit Suicide, in the first place, that he then attended. 

I don't see where Gavin Newsom was held to account for any of this. My fear is because he is a powerful figure and name within the State of California and a Political figure, he has been allowed to walk free. That makes a mockery of Rule of Law, the U.S. Constitution and all Californian's including all Americans in the USA. 

If, this is allowed to stand, then all Inmates within any County/State/Federal Detention Facilities in the U.S. should be released and no further arrests made.....EVER!  Additionally, no Citizen in California should have to be accountable to answer to his Unconstitutional tyrannical Rule, even now as he contemplates declaring "Martial Law" to confine "We the People" to Home Arrest, while he walks free for Murder, or an accessory to Murder and/or any other possible charge(s) that may be applicable.

Gavin Newsom is now Governor of the State of California and "We the People" have a right to know he is not above the Law and not a Murderer or an and accessory to Murder. If he is, then we have the right to "not" have such a person serving us as Governor and I have an expectation that he will be punished to the fullest extent of the Law. Just like anyone else and as specified in the U. S. Constitution.

Bottom line is this.... there is no statute of limitations for murder. No Man is above the Law. We are a Nation of Laws not of Man (Gavin Newsom).
