Allegheny County Office of Children Youth and Families (OCYF or ACCYF) CPS are aware that they removed all of my 4 children from proven false documentation on April 9th, 2021. All of my children have been harmed in Allegheny County Office of Children Youth and Families care/physical and legal custody. Their placement is with my previous employer of a few years titled A Second Chance Incorporated Kinship-Foster care (ASCI) in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, these ASCI employees who have my children in that dangerous house where the ceiling has caved, black and white mold are visible in the bedrooms, and pests live are biological family to my abuser and zero biologicalto any of my children and were complete strangers to my 3 year old until he moved in with them April 9th,2021. The abuse these certain people have done to my 3 year old is extremely upsetting and inhumane to many people including being denied basic human rights like water, food, and even sleep. My family has been physically, mentally, emotionally, financially and morally abused by OCYF and ASCI. My 3 year old has recieved bruises, lacerations, scrapes, filth stains, head injuries, gastrointestinal problems like constant diarrhea, aspiration/breathing in of foods, candies, and fluids into his lungs which can cause serious lung problems and is not permitted by these "people" to recieve appropriate medical testing and care. He still has gummy bears in his lungs along with other aspirated objects in his lungs. These pittsburgh employees will not allow him to get adequate medical testing and treatment for any of these concerns. This family's OCYF caseworker has shared information saying that the 3 year old has been bitten by a tick in their care about 200 days ago and that tick bite became infected and left a scar yet will not allow him testing because years ago after lyme disease from a tick bite left his mother hospitalized with internal organ damage, lyme facial palsy, heart complications, neurological issues and more. Mother had all of her 4 children tested and babies result showed up negative but other childs test showed a positive test results and mother treated with doctor prescribed doxy. OCYF has recieved information from many credible websites including pdfs from CDC on vital information on lyme disease and lyme in children and how most doctors are uneducated on Lyme. OCYF has repeatedingly and habitually refused vital care for 3 year olds issues and kept secret to doctors what they told mother and other information about child like his excessive diarrhea and signs of food poisoning. The child with a positive lyme diagnosis has not been able to see properly since being in OCYF care as OCYF and ASCI lost his glasses on April 9th,2021 and OCYF and ASCI purposely refused to allow him to get new eyeglasses even though he can not see the school board properly. Another child of my family in ASCI and OCYF care has infections that can be caused by sexual abuse that ASCI and OCYF did not notify mother of appropriatly and had her on medication all of these things happened child without mother knowing and ASCI and OCYF kept secret until they notified mother by texting mother during court that this has been happening to her child. All of the children have unexplained ignored new violence concerns. OCYF and ASCI has a repeat extensive history of harassing mother in the middle of the night, confirming visits that end up never happening, refusing to address Families concerns and repeatedingly ignoring family, lying on their own policy and procedures, OCYF has banned family from practicing their Christian religion together, denied access to the children's therapy pets. OCYF is aware they have done many different forms of parental alienation from a loving mother who OCYF admitted to many different organizations including Family Foundations Early Head Start, A Childs place, ASCI, schools and more that mother never abused or neglected her children, yet OCYF purposely keeps hidden mothers great character references from schools and other community organizations to courts and tells courts I am extremely abusive and neglectful as a way of fraudulently deceiving the courts and OCYF Kaitlyn Leo keeps lying on mother to courts with no evidence and no proof even though she knows she is not suppose to be on my case because she had and continues to have active open investigations on her with the Pennsylvania Department of State on my case. I am hopeful enough signatures can get my babies home so they can get help they need. Also please prayers for my family to heal from ACCYF/OCYF cps abuse and neglect, and suggestions on what to do about the gummy bears in his lungs as ASCI and OCYF will not allow him proper care.
