Republican Elected Candidate Donald J. Trump is a threat to the United States of America and should be arrested immediately for jeopardizing the security of the USA.

Donald J. Trump, has stated, "Hillary wants to abolish -- essentially abolish the Second Amendment. By the way, if she gets to pick, if she gets to pick her judges, nothing you can do, folks. Although the Second Amendment people, maybe there is, I don't know." 

By this statement, Donald J. Trump is suggesting that Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton would have already won the Presidency, because she would not be picking Federal Judges unless the presidential election was over. Referring to the "Second Amendment People" that perhaps they could do something is clearing speaking in a future tense. Meaning, he has manipulatively suggested for the assassination of Hillary Clinton. 

This is not something that was misspoken. It is not a call for the "Second Amendment People" to vote. If it was, surely Mr. Trump would have stated as such. However, at the end of his quote, he clearly states "maybe there is, I don't know." That statement means Donald J. Trump is not asking for votes, rather asking for violent action to be taken against his opponent.

This is a threat to the United States National Security should Hillary Clinton become President of the USA.

His subversive requests to other nations for cyber attacks against the USA for the sole purpose of gaining knowledge of another presidential candidate, ie: Asking Russia to hack the USA to find more information on Hillary Clinton's e-mails, is downright treason.

18 U.S.C. § 879 : US Code - Section 879: Threats against former Presidents and certain other persons(a) Whoever knowingly and willfully threatens to kill, kidnap, or inflict bodily harm upon - (1) a former President or a member of the immediate family of a former President; (2) a member of the immediate family of the President, the President-elect, the Vice President, or the Vice President-elect; (3) a major candidate for the office of President or Vice President, or a member of the immediate family of such candidate; or (4) a person protected by the Secret Service under section 3056(a)(6); shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both. (b) As used in this section - (1) the term "immediate family" means - (A) with respect to subsection (a)(1) of this section, the wife of a former President during his lifetime, the widow of a former President until her death or remarriage, and minor children of a former President until they reach sixteen years of age; and (B) with respect to subsection (a)(2) and (a)(3) of this section, a person to whom the President, President-elect, Vice President, Vice President-elect, or major candidate for the office of President or Vice President - (i) is related by blood, marriage, or adoption; or (ii) stands in loco parentis; (2) the term "major candidate for the office of President or Vice President" means a candidate referred to in subsection (a)(7) of section 3056 of this title; and (3) the terms "President-elect" and "Vice President-elect" have the meanings given those terms in section 871(b) of this title.

By stating the "Second Amendment People" in his quote, he is using his platform to encourage bodily harm to Hillary Clinton through a third party.

The American people demand that Donald J. Trump, Republican Presidential Candidate, be arrested at once and held accountable for domestic terrorism, treason, and suggesting assassination of an elected presidential candidate.
