John J Pershing middle school (Is220) has a bilingual program. The program teaches classes in Spanish and English. This program helps students learn both languages. It also helps students who only know Spanish or English to learn the other language. John J Pershing Middle school wants to terminate the 6th- 8th grade Bilingual/Dual Language program. The students in this program feel really betrayed, angry, and sad. The students feel like it's their duty to stop this from happening. The school is located at 4812 9th Avenue, Brooklyn NY 11220.
