Sometime last week Mr. Larry Pinto aggressively grabbed my brother (A minor) and proceeded to reach into his bag without my brothers consent in order to confiscate a bag of chip that my brother had purchased. A professional would have requested the bag of chips without touching him and if my brother refused he should have been properly reprimanded. But this was far from the case. On top of the fact that he inappropriately touched my brother and his belongings he also gave my brother a two week suspension. Public schools don't need staff putting their hands on people during a pandemic. In my opinion as a student who graduated under Larry Pinto I believe that Larry has no regards for a students rights and the right to not be touched without consent.
