I have been banned from EVERY COLLEGE in the Capital City College Group and we need Department Of Education to INVESTIGATE Enfield and Haringey CONEL College.

RE: Autism Student BANNED FROM EVERY COLLEGE IN LONDON after assaulted by Security Guard [SHARE]

" I have A-Typical (High Functioning) Autism, Study Massage Therapy at CONEL College. Since the attack, my doctor has referred me for counselling due to the trauma and treated me for soft-tissue damage to my chest following the assault by the tall Security Guard who shunted me across the entrance."

I was assaulted as soon as I entered the college building, the security guard punched my phone out of my hand so I could not film his actions, he then used physical aggression and pressure point techniques on my body - The college says this was completely justified as I did not follow his unreasonable extreme orders.

When I reported this to staff, they insisted that I leave premises immediately using my a-typical autism as a weapon to frame me and humiliate me in front of other members of staff and students. The College Of Enfield and Haringey says their staff did not wish to be filmed (even though they have CCTV), therefore he acted out of self-defence.

The security guard that pushed me and punched my phone out of my hand, intimidated and attacked me is still working on the main gate at Enfield CONEL College!

Later that week, I went to calmly explain however the police were called and my mother and I told to leave as we handed them 'my version of events' contained in a sealed envelope for the Principal with his Secretary saying "I will not be dragged into this" when asked to inform the Principal of the incident.

I tried to explain that I was assaulted in front of 15-20 students at the entrance to the CONEL Enfield College on Hertford Road, Enfield following a dispute over the carpark facilities which is not labelled or sign-posted and is for use by all students and staff as per their website but was heckled by staff due to my autism traits. Senior Staff refused to call police or implement Safe Guarding following a violent incident on site and refused to review CCTV.

My request is that the COLLEGE OF HARINGEY, ENFIELD AND NORTH EAST LONDON NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED FULLY for all gross misconduct in what should be a safe and secure environment for ALL Students.

The college has been issuing it's students with 'Visitor Day Passes' to avoid paying costs for students and to avoid them being liable for student welfare and subject to student unions... Which means students are not 'active' on the student database - As a result, they have tried to say I never attended their college.

I ask for:

1. A fair hearing and Investigation by 'Department For Education UK', So I may resume my studies eventually.
2. 
   The entire management department at CONEL to step down as this college cannot progress with them in power as it poses a serious danger to all Students Safety.

THIS COLLEGE HAS SOME REALLY GOOD STUDENTS, IT'S THE POOR QUALITY OF IT'S MANAGEMENT TEAM THAT IS LETTING YOUNG PEOPLE DOWN AND THEIR EDUCATION STANDARDS SLIP.

WE HAVE SEEN A RISE IN GUN AND KNIFE CRIME IN ENFIELD BOROUGH, POSSIBLY BECAUSE YOUNG PEOPLE FEEL THEY HAVE NO 'SAFE PLACE' TO GO, AS THEY ARE NOT TREATED LIKE AN ADULT IN COLLEGE AND TOURMENTED BY COLLEGE STAFF ABUSING THEIR POWER.

Some hard working genuine staff have revealed that they have not been paid.

CONEL operate two campuses; EnfieldCollege on Hertford Road and Tottenham Green College on High Road Tottenham near the Police Station and are part of a much larger organisation including CITY AND ISLINGTON COLLEGE, Westminster Kingsway College and Capital City College Training under the trading name of CCCG and WKCIC Group.
