Candidates from Open (NIOS) or Distance Universities not been consider by most of the MNCs
The Issue
Many candidates have done their schooling from NIOS board due to personal reasons and or some other family issues and pursued graduation from distance which is never been considered in many MNCs.
Many big giants MNCs never willing to consider these candidates only because of their distance education, are they not supposed to work with MNC to make their career in specific domain, why company's always look for education background instead of domain expertise, companies focus should be on domain expertise rather to education, doesn't matter if candidate gone through with distance or regular however only thing should matter is knowlege.
Revert from xyz company:-
- For MNC Campus placement as they do not entertain candidates from Open or Distance Universities and having education gap. Due to the high reputation or software/Services companies doesn't considered the students of NIOS board or any other open board.
Many freshers are looking for job though they are still lacking due to distance education and having gap, even well experienced people not getting the right opportunity lack of distance education background.
There is a saying" Padega India tabhi to badega India"
Please have a look on this issue and get this rid of so that many people who all are looking for job changes and freshers looking for to start their career can get better job opportunity.
