The Polish government said in a statement Tuesday that it is “ready to deploy – immediately and free of charge – all their MiG-29 jets to the Ramstein Air Base and place them at the disposal of the Government of the United States of America.”.

Why is this important? The biggest problem for Ukraine right now is securing the sky, Ukrainian military can protect land if sky is controlled by Ukrainian Air Forces. Since no-fly zone is not happening Ukraine needs support in for of new aircrafts. Poland suggested to give MIG-29, which Ukrainian Army already have experience to operate.
