Deny Parole to Rudolph Martin Acosta, Tower District Rapist - Fresno

Deny Parole to Rudolph Martin Acosta, Tower District Rapist - Fresno
The Issue
I am one of the 22 survivors of the horrendous crimes committed by a serial rapist, Rudolph M. Acosta, infamously known as the "Tower District Rapist". This man's numerous violent offences have left indelible scars on both survivors personally and Fresno society as a whole. Our safety was violated, and our lives irreversibly altered. Simple daily tasks now bring back traumatic memories that haunt us. His early release from prison would put our community at risk and deny justice to his victims.
The Fresno City Council & Esmeralda Soria, Esq. Assemblywoman, District 27 and I are imploring the California Board of Parole Hearings to DENY Acosta's parole. Acosta (CDCR #H50445) has proven himself to be a danger to society. His parole would both signify a failure of our justice system and potentially endanger more innocent lives.
We appeal to the humanity of the board members and implore them to consider the lasting psychological trauma he has inflicted on his victims. The fear of his return to society hangs like a shadow over us and the Fresno community, threatening to usurp our peace and stability. We must prioritize the safety of society over the leniency to such criminals.
Let's stand together against the release of dangerous criminals. Refusing parole to Rudolph M. Acosta would serve as a testament to the seriousness of his crimes and the perseverance of those affected by them. Join us in this petition to uphold justice. Your signature can help prevent this threat to our community and make a substantial difference in the lives of survivors like me.
