Michael Tomaszewski has hurt the people in my former community and myself during  the most difficult of times losing our loved ones. As a  funeral director he broke our trust. He will not disclose where my Uncle's (a USAF Veteran)  that served his  country honorably remains are located.Mt Great Great Grandfather Anthony Horsche was the first Chief of Police in Batavia and was honored at a Graveside Service in 2018, but not his grandson. Mike did nothing but take my money and any sense of peace, when I lost my last close relative. I was a single Mom and his only relative.  There are  More than 93 victims we know of. Mike also advertises that he serves Veterans, and with a New US Veterans  Cemetary in Pembroke NY, I dont want this to happen  to anyone else. My uncles remains were thrown away in 2007. He "lost" and did not return a young couples  baby's remains. He still preforms Funerals, he has since they found the bodies. He can return to his funeral home and continue his business as usual. He did not lose his license to preform  burials. Please sign this so at the very least he may serve out his sentence fully. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
