With the constant growth of Northern Colorado, coupled with the fact that the Denver Nuggets do not currently have a G League team affiliated with there organization. That placing a G League team in Loveland, Co would be perfect fit for both parties involved. The Colorado Eagles already play at the Budweiser Event Center and are looking to build a new complex. With the backing of a G League team said complex would be a nice place to host both professional Hockey and Basketball. Nuggets have a plethora of young talent and no where for them to grow. Being one of only 3 teams in the NBA without a G League team. The NoCo area is one of the fastest growing markets in the U.S. and now would be the time to invest into a team for the area. The Colorado Eagles current arena sits around 5,800 and they manage 5,100 per game on avg. If the basketball team could manage to keep pace with numbers like that the team would do just fine. Also NoCo just acquired a minor league baseball team (NoCo Owlz) to start play in summer 2021. So the growth is there the audience is there we just need a team to take the court for a sound fan base that would show up and love a team for there respective area.
