Asking to have Denver Police Officer Jeffrey DiManna indicted for the shooting of Sharod Kindell
The Issue
Sharod Kindell was shot on 01/09/2015 by Denver Police Officer Jeffrey DiManna in an illegal contact. On that day Sharod Kindell attempted to reverse out of a driveway when officer Jeffrey DiManna approached his vehicle and demanded him to get out. Sharod expressed that he knew his civil rights and asked, "what have I done wrong"? Jeffrey DiManna ignored his question and statement and pulled Sharod out of the car while it was still geared in reverse causing it to back into another officer. Sharod surrendered by placing his hands in the air only to be shot several times. Even the district Attorney admits Sharod was shot in a submissive position. Officer Jeffrey DiManna violated the 4th amendment and action should be taken that is guaranteed by the United States code, 18 U.S. Code § 242 - Deprivation of rights under color of law. The District Attorney's office is saying it's a pending investigation. But if a regular citizen shoots someone the person would be jailed immediately. The Denver District Attorney is neglecting to follow the Federal Codes set to protect United States citizens against police abuse. Jeffrey DiManna has been in 3 other shooting incidents in the last 6 months and he is proving to be a threat to the community. Please sign this petition to forward the arrest of officer Jeffrey DiManna.
