Investigator Michelle Haiduk falsely reported my son Elijah Lorenz Williams age 17 of 2 counts of sexual assault (rape) on 2 young white girls that invited my son and his friend to her home in Lantana Texas. At the start of this investigation my child was negated any rights along with forcefully being arrested, assaulting me and entering my home with no warrants. No information was ever released to me although I’ve tried to get further information. The girls’ stories continue to change, they have not asked my son his side of the story yet he is in jail being held on a 100,000 bond. No investigation has been initiated if they have not gathered all the information and have no evidence to prove that they are guilty enough to even be arrested. We’ve seen time and time again the justice system fail our black community. We’ve seen this happen throughout history starting with Emmet Till.
