Recently Drs. Cooper and Callan have been removed from their clinical role as comprehensive care professors at the Dental College of Georgia by the leadership at Augusta University. 

Drs. Callan and Cooper both graduated from the Dental College of Georgia and are some of the best examples of giving back to our institution. They have invested their time and effort in the future of dentistry in the state of Georgia as clinical directors and professors of the senior business course at the Dental College of Georgia. 

We, the alumni and friends of the Dental College of Georgia, give our complete support for these two professors and their contribution to the learning and future careers of the recent graduates and current dental students. We ask for the administration of the Dental College of Georgia and Dr. Keel, the President of Augusta University, to make the actions necessary to retain these two professors to help ensure the future success of this institution.
