STOP the Homeless Transient-dumping at Baymont Inn on Beach Blvd in West Anaheim!

STOP the Homeless Transient-dumping at Baymont Inn on Beach Blvd in West Anaheim!
The Issue
Federal Judge David O. Carter, along with attorney Brooke Weitzman and the Orange County Board of Supervisors removed Santa Ana River Trail homeless transients and placed approximately 100 of these transients into the Baymont Inn located at 727 S Beach Blvd, Anaheim, CA 92804 in the middle of the night without first informing the Anaheim City Council or Anaheim Police Department. The Orange County Board of Supervisors gave $1.7 million to the Baymont Inn to close it off for Public use, cover all signage, state on the Baymont Inn's website that it was due to renovations, and then turn it over to TeleCare Mental Health Services to manage for six months through August 2018. Today, September 2018, Telecare has issued letters to some homeless transients stating that they are being evicted for non-payment, and then kicking them to the Beach Blvd curb. Back in February of 2018, Judge David O. Carter stated that he would prosecute anyone, any city, or any agency for transient-dumping yet, the company that HE hired is now dumping transients from the SART onto our streets. This is now the SECOND TIME Judge David O Carter has transient-dumped onto West Anaheim and WE ARE NOT GOING TO STAND FOR IT ANY LONGER!
We demand that the City of Anaheim, the Orange County Board of Supervisors, and Judge David O. Carter cease transient-dumping from the Baymont Inn onto Beach Blvd. IMMEDIATELY!
