Our association board has allowed misconduct by our “ on the job trainee” management. But makes a big effort in demotivating an older female who was head of security. ( also who was a 14 year veteran police officer in good standing in with local police dept) why wasn’t our inexperienced manager who has no professional knowledge of overseeing a community of this size demoted??? f This manager got  her friends together to steer opinion of a resident who had a complaint about misuse of funds. .  This is a visible sign of discriminatory behavior and selective enforcement allowed to continue in this neighborhood. 
While the slow maintenance of areas such as the trash gate remains to be fixed.  A $40.00 credit for an outlandish assessment on our account has never been properly applied . Instead it has sat on  our account for a year.  when it should have been refunded back to us or applied to our account instead it has sat there .. for what purpose?

 I have filed 2 more complaints with federal agencies . There has been no transparency by former board members and to allow a manager of this community to have her bosoms displayed, jewelry hanging from her face and tattoos visible is not the type look our website displays.
