Our community in Skunk has recently been plagued with one issue that urgently needs to be addressed. In our midst is Asher, a person whose position of power seems to have spiraled out of control. She is consistently rude to members of our community, disrupting harmony and creating a hostile environment for all.

Exercising her staff role privileges excessively and unjustly, Asher continues to flaunt her power in the face of regular members, creating a division within us. This is unacceptable behavior that hurts the unity and functionality of our community.

Her constant disturbance and offensive behavior has sparked discontent among us. We all believe in equal treatment of all community members, regardless of their position. Therefore, we propose Asher's demotion to a regular member status until she is able to show that she can handle her role without causing unnecessary disruption or harm.
