I Live in seagry coirt flats, the building is going to collapse, there is a huge crack along one side of the building on a main structural beam, bricks missing crumbling and continuing to fall from the roof and building, balconies crumbling, concrete falling the balconies, visable holes in others, the building is leaning to one side, and the internal floor tiles by the main enterance are lifting due to building leaning more, one flat has been condemned and is un livable due to severe damage from the building roof, we've had burst water pipes in the building causing sheds and bin room to flood, property from sheds were lost, tenants flats have severe mold and damp issues these flats have children and babies in, so many treatments and cleans have been done by the council but nothing is keeping it away, my personal flat has severe water damage from another flat, crumbling walls to the point i can physically push a screw driver thru the brick wall, aswell as cracks down the walls, the window in my bedroom which I share with my baby, is cracked and wall under the window crumbling, the window itself has moved outwards aswell, I've had surveyors out who have been left disgusted with the state of my flat alone, other flats have had surveyors out, private and council, who have said the building is unsafe and we should no be living here, we have emailed mp and got no where with that, before long this building will collapse and we will no doubt all be in it wen it does, we have regular drone inspections, workers out with huge spirit levels monitoring the movement and the lean, us residents are being told nothing, we need out before it does collapse.

Tenants are living in fear for there's and there children's safety, we should not be living like this, the council have neglected the building so much its beyond repair and to expensive to raise the scaffolding to the roof, they claim the balconies are not fire exits, yet years ago in my flat with old tenants there was a fire by the front door and they got rescued off the balcony, the fire brigade have said they will struggle now with ariel platform due to scaffolding atill being up, so how are they not fire exits ? Yet the council are still going ahead with restricts being put on the doors sane as the window restricors. And still being told to stay put in the event of a fire even tho the devastating affect that policy had on grenfal tower. Its not safe living conditions at all
