We urge the administration of the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) to consider our proposal to demolish the Kupfrian Hall building and transform it into a vibrant, spacious green area that will revolutionize our campus. While Kupfrian has served its purpose for many years, it is now time to envision a more sustainable and environmentally friendly future for NJIT. With only two floors and 19 classrooms, the building's value can easily be relocated, freeing up valuable space in the center of campus that can be transformed into a breathtaking green oasis. 

Imagine a campus where students can stroll through lush gardens, relax on verdant lawns, and find solace in nature's embrace. By creating a larger green space at the heart of NJIT, we not only enhance the aesthetic appeal of our campus, but also foster a sense of tranquility and well-being for all who inhabit it.
