Rajiv Fernando, a Chicago securities trader who donated between $1 million and $5 million to the Clinton Foundation, and also donated to all of Hillary Clinton's political campaigns, got himself appointed to the State Department's International Security Advisory Board back in 2011 - despite having no apparent qualifications for the job. The Board is made up of experts on international security and nuclear weapons, with Top Secret security clearances. He was given that position by "S" - Secretary of State  Hillary Clinton or her staff. Fernando resigned from the board when ABC News began asking questions about his credentials. More recently somebody put Fernando on the list of super delegates. This is not acceptable. Our government is not for sale to wealthy individuals who buy power by making large cash donations. Remove him from the superdelegates before the convention. And remove any other superdelegates who got appointed for making big donations to putative candidates.
